⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Charlotte’s Coffee House on Cedar Cross has become one of my favorite small biz meet up spots in Dubuque! The vibe is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always so kind. The coffee drinks are consistently excellent, but what I can’t stop raving about is the smashed avocado on sourdough—absolutely to die for. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared every time.

I was quite surprised when I was told the cost of my bagel breakfast sandwich and coffee was over $20. Did not realize the bacon Jam was additional as it was not presented as such. It was okay but not great as it was quite sloppy, and had an extra ingredient(blonde hair) in it that I did not order! I did order a large Americano and I'm not sure I got one.
