This is maybe my kids’ favorite spot in town. I can always drag them out of the house with promises of a cone and a round of mini golf — and oh hey, there’s a food truck so we have to eat an actual meal first! All the people who work here are so nice, and the scoops are HUGE. Like it’s probably not responsible to give a kid that much ice cream but whatever, they love it.
The ice cream itself is nothing to write home about—it’s just Hershey’s, no fancy organic basil-chai-turmeric hand-churned gelato. If you want that there are plenty of other places in the area to find it, this is where you go to get a literal tub of something bright blue and cotton-candy-flavored, covered in sprinkles and precariously perched on a wafer cone, for $3.99.
