Reviews and star rating are certainly important, which is what led me here initially aside from the 3.4 rated bagel store close by. Got the whole wheat 🌾 bagel with olive 🫒 cream cheese and lox. Ordered from them every weekend for a long time. Missing an item on Grubhub delivery and one item impropetly prepared. Called location to let them know.Could not have cared less rude,disrespectful.I even told them I order every Sat & Sun. Very good bagels. While they’re not as good as another place in town which I won’t name their prices and service and makes up for it.
