Coffee on 3rd — Restaurant in Duncansville

They ladies working there are nice people but the overall experience for a new customer was horrible. I got there at 10:40 and waited at the drive through window for over 5 minutes with Noone helping. So I went to go inside and they were closing for a party and I was like I just want to get to go I drove a long distance to get here and wouldn't want to come back. They reluctantly let me.ordered. it's 30 degrees outside and I ordered a mocha mama off the coffee menu but the menu didn't specify it was frozen and after eating almost 15 minutes they brought me a frozen drink which I want expecting and whe. I asked for.a refund they again reluctantly made me a "hot" drink which I had to throw out cause not only was it barely warm but it tasted like a baby threw up in it. And the free croissant they gave me for my troubles was drier than the Mojave Desert Un the summertime. I would not recommend going here you'd be better off driving to Tyrone or downtown Altoona for your coffee experience...

If you want to feel like an outsider, this is the place. Three ladies working there, one customer seated at the bar and nobody even acknowledged my wife and I as we stood there and waited to order.

Our food was eventually tossed on the bar without a word while we sat patiently at our table... I had to get up from our table to retrieve it and still nobody seemed to care.

When we left no one said have a nice day or thanks for coming. I turned and said thank you, hoping someone might get the point. I'm sure it was lost on them.

The bagels were fine but not great.... Fresh from a bag. Not worth the wait.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. Signs of Christian faith posted in several places, yet the staff exhibited no warmth.

Edit: It won't let me reply or message you. I do put in my number every time, and always do. When you updated this system, my points disappeared and it stopped tracking new ones even as I put in my number. I have spoken to numerous people and it is happening to all of them as well, and they are also always putting in their numbers.

Dissapointed that the Spots reward system has been down for about 2 months. I used to love getting $0.50 off from time to time and enjoyed the reinforcement it provided. While the staff and drinks are amazing, I miss this perk. Especially as it shows my 0 points earned and 0 balance each time...
