Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Dundee Township

I went for lunch one day and bought pizza by the slice. I get notifications on my phone for purchases I made, and suddenly a second charge was added. I called and they told me there was a glitch and that "it probably says 'pending charge', right?" Yes, it did, however at my bank, pending charges are taken out for the amount that I am able to use, so it acts as a second charge. It cleared away and I was only charged once but I was not happy to see about $20 missing from my account when it should have been $10.

The pizza was ok, I got the last two slices and didn't see any other coming out when I ordered it, so I took what was there. I was told there is a sit down, I did not realize it, as the area I ordered from seemed like just a pickup area.

They're probably pretty good and I caught them on an off day, but the "glitch" is going to keep me from returning. I don't like being charged twice, even if one of the charges does EVENTUALLY come back off, but still. If you know the glitch exists, please fix it so other people don't have the...

Lucky to get one star. Ordered catering for my daughters graduation party under the agreement I could pay half on August 5th, and haf the day of the party August 27th all their staff and people there are great, it’s the ownership group. I paid half on august 5th after going through my bank statement I had unexpected money in my account a couple weeks after making the first half payment so naturally i spent the money and then the day of the party I paid the balance turned out they never charged the 1st payment early and charged all of it the day of the party. Which I did not have all the money in the account, I rarely do to cover for any type of fraud nowadays.. Rosatis said it was processing error and there was nothing they could do it cost me way more than it should have in the end and the owner there relayed through his staff to tell me there is nothing that could be done. I have been coming here for years, but won't be returning. The new management is horrible they messed my delivery order up I call back the guy on the phone lies and said he would fix my order and have it delivered within the hour a lie and I called back an hour later still the same lie. I ended up going in for this guy to lie and say the ran the cameras back and lied and said they made my own right and he saw them put everything on my food really 👀🤦.
