Dundee Downtown Pizza & Burgers — Restaurant in Dundee

I called in my order, the lady told me 30 minutes. I got there in 40 minutes, I figured on a Friday night they were most likely busy. I get there, pay and then she told me 10 more minutes, but it was a total of 30 more minutes I waited. This was definitely a sign but I already paid so there was pretty much nothing else to do but wait. The pizza had a dash of cheese and sauce and no taste, I had to warm up the pizza when I got home and the cheese did not even melt. I chose this place because of the good reviews, but it was very disappointing.

It was the right place and actually yes, I do live 27 minutes away to be exact and I went to this restaurant because I was in the area at the time. I never complained about having to warm up the pizza, I complained about the cheese not melting, since you were there all day, I'm sure you saw me sitting there waiting on my order, I'm only replying to tell you how unprofessional you are and you REALLY need to get your facts straight before you post such hostile remarks. This is not the 1st time I had to reheat pizza in my oven and it's not a big deal either, I'm just saying I have never seen cheese that doesn't melt. I ordered 2 pizzas & wings on Wednesday night for dinner. I SPECIFICALLY asked the girl that took my order if the mushrooms were fresh or canned. I love fresh, HATE canned, so if they're canned it's fine I'll get something else on it instead. She tells me "oh no, they're fresh"! So I ordered my husband's pizza how he wanted it then mine how I had to have it-I can't eat red sauce, I get violently ill from it. It was all delivered when she said it would be, gave the driver a great tip too!! I'm starving, looking forward to my pizza, open the box...CANNED MUSHROOMS!! I spent $40.66 on dinner, had 2 wings and that's it!! This was a TOTAL waste of money!! I would have gladly put somethi other than mushrooms on it had she been HONEST ABOUT IT!!! NEVER GOING BACK TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! When my husband called to talk to the manager about it, the girl says there's no manager there but he'd give us a call tomorrow around 4. This Dundee Downtown Pizza is EXCELLENT. MY WIFE, Victoria, and myself, Harry/Al, were referred to this establishment. We acknowledged really trying to find a good sandwich and a good crust pizza. People I. Winter Haven recommended Dundee Downstown Pizza had the best Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich With Cheee wiz and a great crust pizza. We decided to give this place a try. We were greeted by Marissa and Desiree, Waitresses and hostesses, I immediately asked about the cheesesteaks. They asked where were we from, we said Philadelphia. These ladies automatically said, “We Got You” with Grace, respect and with confidence both these ladies said we have options such as Cheese Wiz along with peppers, onions and mushrooms on the sandwich. My wife and I said “Excellent”. Both gave us individualized attention from our entrance, to ordering and to recommendations as to what to order. They also recommended other sides and drinks. As we dined in, They accommodated us. They gave us our food and it was excellent. They kept asking if we Needed anything. The cheese steak was Excellent, my wife got the Hawaii Pizza, excellent....
