After waiting 10 minutes..( which I don't mind if I'm getting good fresh food) I got a whopper jr. With cheese. The bun was hard around the ends, the stuff on the bun was the messiest thing I've ever had. I had to take it apart and fix it myself, after tearing off the hard bun pieces. The cheese wasn't even melted (at all). The parking lot was very trashy. I sat in my car and ate. .. The best thing about my visit was the French fries.. they were cooked just like I like them. The past 2 visits to Burger King have been bad... I might give them 1 more chance... MAYBE. Food cost too much now, for it to be this bad... I don't know what has happened, Burger King used to be 1 of my favorite places to go.. starting to lean towards going somewhere else. These past visits were from 2 different places. At least this 1 didn't come outside cussing me, for throwing fries out for the birds!!! Lol So good job on...

Someone else grabbed my food by mistake while we were trying to figure out where our missing item (donut) was and they refused to remake my regular mto food because it was apparently my fault? I said I didn't care if someone else grabbed it i can wait its no rush i know other people are waiting on food too. At that point one of the workers got irrate, was yelling and leaning over the counter telling me over and over how it was my fault my food wasn't on the counter. Idk what that's all about because i never blamed them anyway, i was just hungry... I ended up just getting a refund because I'm not going to stand there and get yelled at for something so petty.    Read moreBITTER EXPERIENCE!!!! I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts on the highway exit for a quick coffee. I ordered a cappuccino, but when it arrived, it was incredibly bitter and too strong. I asked if they could add more milk to make it drinkable, but the employee I spoke with was very rude and refused, saying it was not possible. He then told me to get a refund if I didn't like it. I heard two other staff members questioned why the milk couldn't be added he said that I ordered a cappuccino so it canât be added(I think itâs important how customer wants and not how he wanted) However, the rude employee's behavior was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
