What happened to the Honky Tonk?! Pre Covid, we went to the Honky Tonk twice a month if not more. It was a great place. Food was always good, the staff was exceptional and the bar was always crowded and lots going on. Last night, crickets. When we arrived there was a table getting ready to leave and a table of four. The bar was basically empty. No staff to greet us, they were all to busy telling each other that the were closing at 9:00 pm instead of 10:00 pm. After 10 minutes a waitress came over to take our order. I ordered the seafood bisque, which at one time was so good, and cheese fries. My friend ordered the cappelletti soup and a tray of pizza with sausage and onions done crispy. The soup was bad. Really bad. It had a sour lemon taste, I was afraid to eat it. My friend said the tortellini was okay but the broth was awful. Bring on the cheese fries. They were cold and the cheese was cold. Maybe the pizza will be good. No such luck. Not only didn’t have sausage on it but the onions were basically non existent. And it was barely cooked, the middle pieces were raw. When the bill came, we mentioned that there were no sausage or onions on the pizza. The waitress said “I think I see a piece of sausage”. I told her no you don’t. She redid the bill. What a disaster. It is so sad because it once was a real good place. Find somewhere else to...

Been here twice and the experience was about the same both times…The atmospshere is old and outdated.the lights keep flickering which becomes distracting. Fruit flies on and around the tables.The waitresses are unattentive and some disappear alot leading to you asking another one for service. They sound monotone like they don’t want to be there and some are rude and just drop your plates on the table like they are having a bad day . The menu is large but every food i tried was very bland except for the wings which were battered then fried which was different but alot of black parts inside the wings but the mild sauce is the only good part i can say about the whole visit. One wrap i got came with 5 tortilla chips with nacho cheese on top that was completely cold and a mcdonalds paper ketchup cup with a sample of potato salad which was bland. Most people i know who go there go for the beer and wings so maybe there’s a reason why they only go for that. I wouldn’t...

Went for lunch with friends. My one friend's family go in there a few times a month to eat, so they recommend it to us. We got there around lunch time and the restaurant was packed. When we sat down I noticed the fork had dried food on it so I asked for new silverware. It took awhile before we could order because of the crowd, which was understandable. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed with the crowd so we wanted to work with her. After ordering, it took awhile for the food to come out. The food was coming out speratically; none of us got our food at the same time. To make things worse, whenever we would ask the waitress for something she would start speaking under her breath. We had no idea what she was saying, but none of us felt comfortable asking her for anything or even being there. My friend apologized several time to us for recommending the Honky Tonk. But my friend did assure us that this was not how this restaurant...
