I have never had to leave a one stat review before even trying a restaurant. The customer service was absolutely terrible. When inquiring about the phone number I was met with attitude and told the number was right but they only had 2 employees working. I had been consistent in trying to call for 3 hours (1-3pm) before driving to the location to place an advance order for 6pm. Their appp wasn't allowing me to order online. When I asked if I could place said order the employee barked at me that I had to do it online unless I was going to pay for it then. I was hoping to pay at pickup. Before I could say another word she walked off. I simply stated good to know and left.
Here's where I digress, it is never ok to take out your management's lack of preparation or scheduling on a customer or potential customer. They are one of two small fast food places around us and I feel they have a monopoly on the market and can stand to lose customers before they made them. Do better Subway, train your employees in customer relations or learn whom to keep in the back away from the public stocking and prepping.
