Hello Coffee fans, As I left the Nisqually Express Coffee Shop just off of I-5 and the Nisqually Exit, I felt compelled to write. It was my experience there once again that serves my purpose.. Lael is an absolute standout at Nisqually Express Coffee Shop, and her prowess as a barista is truly remarkable. From the moment you place your order, Lael's excellent communication skills shine through, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Her pride and passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee are evident in every pour, creating beverages that not only taste superb but also showcase her dedication to the art of coffee-making.

Every one has a right to their own opinipn. But I truly struggle with the negative review found on this review board . Is the customer always right?. No! But he/she is. always the customer. I must.question the credibility of this review. For two reasons and please note, I have never been employed at this establishment, personally I know no one affiliated with this business. But I know my coffee! I moved from a state (Texas) where strangers are quick to chat and the Hello's are quick to come. I appreciate Nisqually Express, I found the staff always quick to smile, and very welcoming .Kind of feels like home. I'm a coffee buff as such I am very picky. Its the quality of the Nisqually products that keep me coming back. It's the smiles and Hello's that have me glad I did. I strongly encourage every coffee drinker to give Nisqually Express a try. OMG there has been a change with the girls that are working there and it is VERY NOTICEABLE. The coffee taste like CRAP NO MATTER WHAT KIND AND I'VE TRIED 4 DIFFERENT ONES, It takes them 15 MINUTES TO SERVE 1 CAR. I waited for 35 mins for 3 cars, 2 cars ahead of me pulled out and left the lady behind me was screaming cause they TAKE WAY TO LOOOOOOOONG, They don't even wait until your finished talking and they turn and walk away then WONDER WHY THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. Your shop was a routine for me EVERYDAY, Stop get my cigs, and coffee before work or after.
