Went here for my first time on Sunday. It was 10:30 in the morning. They were busy. Took an hour and 10 minutes to get our breakfast. There was two of us. I had the basic breakfast. Unfortunately they were out of hashbrowns. So I hadn't have their flavorless country potatoes. They give you about 1/4 a cup. I had the sausage patties. They had a good flavor and were not spicy like a lot of places. So I was happy about that. I had the white toast. Just plain toast nothing special about the bread. My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy. It was just awful. Tasted and looked like flour paste. The place was loud. Very loud. Like eating in a high school cafeteria where the kids were about to get out for summer vacation. Very disappointed but my friend seen they had smoked prime rib so we decided to go back for dinner. Sat down. Our server was sweet. Had a hard time carrying her tray with drinks on it or food. So she asked us to take our items off the tray ourselves. Ordered our food. Came pretty quick. I had the rib eye and she had the prime rib. Her prime rib was served completely cold. So they said let us stick it back in the juice to heat it up. We'll it did some but her prime rib now tasted just like the juice and not like it was smoked. It turned out to be so tough no matter how she tried to slice it that she sent it back. My steak had no flavor. I had ordered mushrooms with it. It was like they opened a can and dumped them on my steak. The meat was tough. Was the worst steak I have ever been served!! I had just had a steak at Buzz's Tavern a couple days before and it was so good. Anyway. When she asked me if I wanted a box. I said no thank you that is the worst steak I have ever had. She immediately got mad. Took off with my plate. Came back and slammed our ticket down and said I took the food off. Well. I had planned on paying for my food. I just would never go back here. The baked potato was good and the dinner salad was ok. So I called another waitress over and explained the situation and how we were just treated. She said she was sorry how the other person reacted. I have never sent food back in my life. I will never go back here. So sad.

I needed food and a bar and grill literally appeared before my eyes! Helpfully situated next to I-5, this bar and grill sure is convenient. It's nice to not have to wander out to the land of the Sasquatch to find good food. The first thing I noticed was the 1000s of things on the ceiling and walls. From a Howdy Doody doll to signed Mariners bats to antique powdered soap dispensers, there are so many things to look at and stretch your neck in the opposite direction from your phone. I got the bleu cheese burger with sweet potato fries. The fries were good. The burger was okay. They charge for sides of ranch or bleu cheese though. The service was above average for a bar and grill. Lots of regulars, TV's going with sports on, and all the stuff. I'd come back and really enjoy it again. Glad I got hungry and passed by here at the same time.

Just happened to visit the nearby chevron and saw Nisqually Bar & Grill but it turned out to be an absolute treat in an extremely convenient location. All of our goodies were made quickly and very well done; the crab cake burger was full of flavor with fresh buns and veggies (think lush, luxurious fishwich), our appetizer order of shrimp was great quality with a bright, perfectly zingy cocktail sauce, the side salad was huge and very fresh, and finally the waffle fries were crisp and warm. They even had a few things my very wheat sensitive celiac mom could snack on for lunch. Both waitresses (Athena and Lizzie?) were so fun, friendly, helpful folks and the atmosphere was very relaxing for a mellow travel day lunch. Thank you all, keep doing you!

My husband & I came here with a few friends to eat & play pool Friday (Aug. 2, 2019). This was the first time we came here. The really big heavy blonde bartender/waitress that worked that night was ABSOLUTELY horrible, terrible customer service. We not only waited at the front of the bar to get service for long period of times (the place was NOT overly busy or packed) which that did not bother us. My husband & I were talking & watching pool patiently waiting for service. By the time she finally came over to us to see what we needed my husband literally forgot what he was going to ask for.. which was more tarter sauce for his fish he ordered & I just needed water to drink so I can eat my fries. She was out of no where so rude & flying the F word around. So we just went back to our table told our friends what just happened .. then she came over still with a rude obnoxious attitude with my water & demanded my husband to give her his ONLY one glass of beer that he order and hardly even got to drink, it was still pretty much full. He handed it to her in shock. It was so ridiculous I could not believe it. We were so upset by that we didn't even finish eating our food or playing our pool game. We are completely disgusted that this nice place with good food would have someone like that working for them. How embarrassing & disgraceful customer service for a business. We have never had this happen or been so disgusted in our lives. You are losing customers & money. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone & for sure will be getting the word out to everyone that it is not worth it and a complete waste of money to go here all because of that big heavy poorly rude irrelevant illiterate blonde you have working there. Customers should not have to deal with that or waste their money when the are just trying to eat & have a relaxing fun get together with friends shooting pool. 👎 don't even deserve one...

First time visit on Fathers day. Place was busy but not slammed. We sat ourselves as the sign instructed, and saw 4 waitresses servicing other tables around us. 15 mins go by and my son grabs menus for us at a waitress stand. Mind you waitresses were still coming and going around us but never stopped to acknowledge us. Every table around us had casual conversations with the waitresses. But the waitresses continued in and out refilling drinks and serving food to everyone and only glancing in our direction but never offering to assist us.

We flagged down one waitress and asked for drinks and to order. She took our drink order came back nearly 10 mins later with our sodas. Took our food order and that was the last we saw her. The other waitress continued to ignore us until our food was out. One even stood between our table and the neighboring table, looked at our empty drinks, and turned her back to have a full on conversation with the other table.

Food came out quickly the oyster shooter had gone bad so we didnt eat those. The burgers were alright nothing to rave about but we were hungry so we ate. While eating we watched as 2 other tables sat and had drinks and menus within 2-5 mins of entering. Again waitresses super friendly to them but ignoring us.

We had to ask for our ticket and for refills took another 10-15 mins for each requeat.

Looking back we should have left but we held on to hope that they were busy and would come around. Tried to be accommodating but when the over all experience is my teenager got us menus, we had to request for drink service and to order, never was checked on again after flagging our waitress down and then request our ticket all while watching waitress come and go to every other table and have full on conversations and refill drinks before they were empty. Spent more time waiting and...
