I LOVE biscuitville but I’m extremely unhappy with my visit. I’m still in the line where I’ve been waiting for almost an hour…I know things happen but this is RIDICULOUS. Managers need to be called in or something because there’s no reason it should take this long. To top it off, I get the same thing each time and this time they ran out of fries. Again, I know things happen but it’s extremely disappointing, especially when you’ve been waiting for an hour and don’t feel like looking for another breakfast spot. This location is also in a terrible spot, when the line is backed up (which is often I assume, this is my second time having to sit through something like this here) the line is backed up into the street. Which is dangerous and just chaotic looking. Don’t know what could be fixed there but more staff might help push the line along. Even after I placed my order, I’m still sitting 2 feet front the order thing. What in the world is taking HOURS at the window???? I’m just hangry at this point but I’d like to see some changes happen to improve...

I specifically said what my order was and she repeated back to me however she charged me for something else when I looked at my receipt and when I went to let her know the error she got confrontational. I ended up getting a refund bc its unprofessional for her to sit there and argue with me when I know what I ordered. I really just wanted her to make a price adjustment but she seem like she could not understand what I was saying and asked for a manager to come over while I was trying to explain to her. She def doesn't need to be on the register with that attitude. If you have cameras you can roll it back to see the exchange. Plus someone had spilled something on the floor by the register and even though they had the wet sign up I still almost fell bc it was not only wet it was a large puddle that went from the register back to where the straws are. But sadly fast food chains the employees are either just a body collecting a paycheck or dead weight but sadly it's become a normal. But today I was completely proven wrong by the BEST EXPERIENCE provided by the Employee who took my order and her name was Michelle. She is not there for a paycheck from my experience as she was worm, knowledge and treated me not as a customer by as a guest and that is what makes her stand out and if possible would snatch her up and create a special position as Director Of Guest Experience as it would be a honor.
