My mom and I visited this gem of a restaurant while we were staying in the area for the Special Olympics NH Summer Games 2025, and let me just say — WOW. We needed a place for dinner, and I called the day before to check if it would be safe for my mom, who has a severe, life-threatening allergy to crustaceans. I explained the seriousness of the situation, and the person I spoke with reassured me they'd take every precaution. My gut told me this was the place to go — and I’m so glad I listened.
From the moment we walked in, the experience was amazing. The atmosphere was calm and quiet — almost like a hidden retreat — and we were surprised to learn the restaurant had just recently opened. Despite being new and having limited bar items, they absolutely nailed the most important things: service and food quality.
We both had special dietary needs (my mom’s allergy and my own sensitive stomach), and chef Greg went above and beyond to accommodate us. I ordered the roasted chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans almondine, and let me tell you — that chicken was the most tender and juicy I’ve ever had. I never choose chicken breast because it's usually dry, but this chef? Absolute wizard. My mom was equally impressed and felt completely safe eating her meal, which is a huge relief for both of us.
Our server, Wesley, was an absolute angel — sweet, attentive, and truly made us feel cared for. And the chef? Not only did he cook everything himself, he’s also the owner, and he made it a point to come out and personally greet guests. The whole experience reminded me of a favorite place my boyfriend and I visit in Orlando, where the chef also makes you feel like family. It was that kind of personal, heartfelt hospitality — a rarity around here in New Hampshire.
This isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a true dining experience. If you're looking for great food, amazing people, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is THE spot. They also have a night club downstairs which I got to see, and it looks fantastic! It's the perfect spot to grab a drink at the bar, enjoy some late-night bites and dance to some music. We will definitely be back next year for dinner while I compete for Special Olympics NH Summer Games 2026 but we might even be back way...
Read moreWe went for the breakfast/brunch spread. The food was fine, there was everything that you would find for breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, and a good assortment of veggies and fruits) and they were all good. The service was awkward, however. The server spent most of their time hanging out with the chef, texting, and sipping their own coffee, leaving us with empty water cups and no refills for half the time we were there. The chef might have been trying to be friendly, but yelling across the room that "it's going to make you fat" when one of us went to get a slice of cheesecake to split between us was... not exactly what you would do if you make and offer this dessert to your customers? Unless if you don't actually want people to eat it, I guess. The food was good but I'm not sure I will...
Read moreI just gave the breakfast buffet a taste test on their opening night, and they passed with flying colors. I then tried their new dinner menu tonight, and it was even more impressive. Everything they serve is fresh that day. They have a very gifted chef, and food is simply amazing. If you go for dinner, make sure you save room for dessert. I highly recommend the prime rib (available at the buffet and on the dinner menu), the salmon, and their fluffy homemade cheesecake. I look forward to going back to check out their live...
