Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Durham

I ordered from Uber Eats and the promo was a free smoothie with $20 purchase. I do not understand how there is a receipt with the order on it and everything doesn’t get made or put with the order to be delivered delivered. And before you tell me to check with uber eats, I talked directly to my delivery driver who said they asked about it and was told “it was in the bag”. The most annoying thing is nothing can be done about it at this point but it is ridiculous and unfortunate to not receive something you paid for. I spent $30 after taxes and the only reason I did was to get the smoothie and not getting it was disheartening start to my day. Won’t be ordering from here again unless I can go...

Ordered two smoothies and two food items around 1pm on a Sunday for pick up. Looked like they were slightly busy. Both food item sides were forgotten and had to go back in to ask for them. Got home and both food items were incorrect, totally separate items than what we even ordered. One was supposed to be a vegetarian option and had chicken on it. Called back to see if I could get a refund, was put on hold and ended up hanging up after being on hold for 6 minutes.
