Hands down the worst Japanese food we've ever had. I usually only leave good reviews, but this place was awful. There was literally not one item that we ordered that was even remotely acceptable. We ordered teriyaki chicken, hibachi shrimp, and hibachi vegetables. We ordered 2 of the entrées with fried rice, and one with "soba noodles". We also got an order of miso soup and crab rangoons. The entrées had more onions than meat. As stated in the other reviews, the chicken was questionable, at best. It was so incredibly awful. The shrimp tasted freezer burnt and grossly over steamed. The broccoli was old and had age spots all over it. The miso was 75% seaweed. The fried rice was just white rice that was lightly drizzled with soy sauce, and the noodles tasted as though they'd been sitting in the same pot of water for a week. I just can't get over the fact that there was not one single redeeming quality in our entire meal. Even the teriyaki sauce tasted watered down, and had the consistency of jelly. I could not be more...

This review is for the Morrisville Neo Japan across from the Wal-mart. So i decided to try this place because it is close to work. So i ordered my food ahead online and within minutes it said my food was ready for pick up which was surprising since on my order i asked for it to be ready in 30 mins. So when i got to the store to pick up my food i was surprised it wasn't ready yet. When the lady went to make my food it did surprised me that she just scooped the food out of pre-pared bowls instead of cooking my food fresh. I ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp the 1st issue with the food was that it was luke warm, the steak was fatty and over cooked and burnt to a crisp, the chicken was rubbery and the shrimp i didn't even finish. The one redeeming thing about my meal was the onions and zucchini. I wouldn't...

The young dude was very rude... wasn’t very clear that they weren’t making sushi at the moment (had to ask my question several different ways to understand that. Interrupted my order to take a phone call. So waited on him for like 5 mins. After that I ordered. Forgot my wallet. Ran to my car to grab wallet (literally took 3 seconds, because I ran) came back and he took the next person which would have been fine had I took a long time literally was in and out cause I parked at the door. I came back to the register turned around and left and took my business to Asian Kitchen in the building over... Asian Kitchen has VERY POLITE...

This was our first visit to this location. It is our favorite thus far. The portion size was generous. They served more vegetables than other locations, which I liked. The mustard sauce wasn't super hot like usual, and I enjoyed the flavor. I only wish that they put some peas, carrots, corn, and egg in their fried rice! This was just rice with soy sauce in it. They have a chicken hibachi special every day from 11 am - 3 pm, for $5.99. The ramen looked good that other diners ordered. Perhaps another time I will give that a try.

I really do like Neo Japan. Even better than the places that cook it in front of you. Great taste and friendly staff. They have lollipops and other things for sale in the front so I get my son one. They have nice atmosphere but I usually get my hibachi steak and shrimp to go. I get takeout from here every other week. My family loves it also.

Fast-food take on hibachi-style chicken, steak, and shrimp. The rice is fluffy and perfect, the chicken isn't overcooked, and I like the ginger sauce in particular. It's not fancy, but it's quick and tasty. I recommend the hibachi chicken with steamed rice and a liberal dollop of ginger sauce on top.
