Heard they had great ice cream. We got there 3 minutes before closing (coming from dinner at a local restaurant) and while we were on the porch a manager came out right in front of us and put a chain up saying closed. As he was putting up the chain I asked if we could sneak in to place an order. We were told no that the kids were packing up to go home. The manager was rude - tone had no sign of caring about customers and didn’t even turn around to address us. I get we were there very close to closing but to have the chain being put up as we were on the porch and to have the Manager be so rude turned me off. Had the opportunity to get a new customer but ended up losing a customer forever - I won’t be going there again! Delicious daily-made, homemade ice cream in a comfortable, easy to find little place. Prices were a little high, but the icecream is awesome and they give really large portions. The staff seemed a little annoyed with me when I didn't know what to call the different kinds of cones when ordering, but they were all around really friendly. They also get 5 stars because when I got to the car and realized I had accidentally left my phone behind, they had it waiting behind the counter for me when I went in looking for it. First off it's on the expensive side for ice cream EG: 1 scoop of vanilla with a little hot fudge was $3.35. That said this is some creamy flavorful ice cream and a great spot to get your ice cream fix. The ice cream is flavorful, smooth, and creamy. The sauces are thick and sweet.
