Casey's — Restaurant in Dyer

I have no idea why anyone would complain about this place. This place is great and they treat you with kindness soon as you walk through the door. Sure....it gets busy ..and sometimes tempers can flare. But that happens in ANY service job. These people keep it together AND they make sure everything is run smoothly, all the while making sure you walk away a satisfied customer. And I cannot say that this is a common trait adapted by any of the many local businesses around me, either. While every location I have visited in regards to the franchise is usually running at a very respectable level, the Dyer station is the one where I feel many of the customers, most definitely including myself, feel the most welcome. Oh ....and their pizza is WAAAYYYYY better than most takeout/delivery pizza places around Dyer and St. John. It feels like It is almost too good to be true at times, hahahahaha!!.

Erica, the assistant manager, Shannon, Kayla, Sam, Sheila, Davina, Ken (the King among Men!), Toya....seriously everyone there makes the day a little brighter when I get ready for school and work. They ALL deserve raises. Thank you, ladies. It's been a rough year, and I would have never guessed that Casey's would help me out of a funk. I have been ordering from here for years with no problems. Always get the taco pizza. I picked it up and noticed when I got home there was no lettuce on it. There was barely any sauce on it was told they changed the sauce. I was just calling to tell them because maybe there was a mixup. Was told I would receive a free pizza the next time. I was like they didn't have to but ok I would take it. That's not what upset me or getting the pizza wrong didn't really upset me either. But then the manager calls me back and said she watched the video of them making it and they put the lettuce on pretty much saying I was lying. I offered to bring it back or send a picture. She said she seen the video. I said I would like to see the video because I know there is no lettuce on it. I know dorn well it was not on the video because there was NO lettuce on it. After being a customer since they opened and never once ever complained I won't be ordering a pizza or getting anything from that gas station again.I'm attaching a photo of the pizza you tell me if you see...

Alright, this store has gone COMPLETELY downhill in the past year or so... no one wearing uniforms, just coming into work with whatever they please looking extra trashy. Half the cooks in the kitchen are ehh. Only like 2 good cooks. The cooler is always missing the top selling items... the men's restroom is a disaster and to add onto it... you go on a day like a Saturday and the mf is closed! Did everyone just quit or decide they didn't want to work today including...
