Subway — Restaurant in Dyer

We just walked out, after ordering 2 footlong cold cut combos -- we have a BOGO coupon. When I first was going to order on-line, I chose the same store for this deal and it showed this location as participating. When my husband found a coupon, we decided to order in the store, so we could choose our toppings. After the sandwiches were made, we were informed they don't accept coupons. We were told there was signage in the window, we didn't even notice this beforehand. So disappointing--this is the Dyer, IN store on Sheffield, very close to our home. This is unacceptable--Subway coupons should work at EVERY location. The owner is making a bad choice and you've just lost our business. Good to remember a good (or bad) review is your best (or worst)...

I wish I can give 0 Stars. I will never go here again I been here twice both times was terrible. The area where the food at is always dirty and employees always complaining about their job. I ordered a Philly cheese steak wrap and the lady literally ball up all the ingredients and wrapped it liked a ball. I told her that's not how you wrap it she said that's how we do it. But the person in front of me ordered a wrap also but the other employee wrap it so neatly and nice. I was so disappointed. On top of the the was making customers sandwiches on the steel line it wasn't no cutting board that's usually there. Bad attitudes and dirty place. Veggies mixed up with other veggies.
