regualrly inattentive workers behind the counter. ive had to wait minutes before when there are 3~4 behind the counter but today i had had enough.
i entered the store with no line and stood at the register. there were three workers who were doing things, but all could see i was present. no eye contact. zero effort to let me know ill be with me at any time. after about two minutes (and still no acknowledgment), i decided to use the restroom and one of the workers who disappeared from sight while i was waiting rounded the corner and evidently was going to use the bathroom too. i thought "cant be bothered to help anyone and just doing whatever while people are waiting? yah nah." i thought better of the situation and left.
also, they regularly short you on drinks. starbuck drinks are at minimum 6 bucks & they cant be bothered to make sure the cup is filled up. i dont care about foam clearance - 1/4 of the cup ought not be reserved for foam. fill the cups up for people for...
Read moreNew store with little options. I haven't had coffee outside of my home for a very long time and for good reasons. This store reminded me of what those reasons are. First: There is no taste. It tastes so bland and boring. It's like buying a pizza from Domino’s vs. Papa John's. Two: There's more food on the menu than there is for coffee. So, why so little options on the board for coffee, when it is a coffee store? Three: Size Grande? It looks like your average size of cup, and they call it a grande? Go to any gas station and look at the size of cups of coffee there. And it even tastes better, plus ten times cheaper. These stores need to redefine what sizes their drinks are because it's hilarious when you receive your drink. And Four: Of course, the price difference between making it at home or going to a gas station. This is simple math 101 people. Read moreWhat a disappointment. 11 women met for a cup of coffee and to reconnect. The staff was so rude! I am sure we were loud, and a friendly comment would have been understandable. However, we, a group of successful women, mothers and grandmothers were treated as though we were naughty children being told we would be asked to leave. Yes they wanted to kick us out of a coffee shop!🤣. Wow, this Starbucks needs some new leadership and training in customer service.
