Super cheap bun, overcooked, dry hamburger, and $3.00 extra for this mediocre small handful of fries. Meals for 4 was $20 more than expected. Ordered dinner to pick up for the family. Be careful. The actual prices are higher than online. Ordered simple burgers that had the incorrect toppings, dry and overcooked. Asked if we wanted fries but is very unclear they will charge you extra per meal. Very mediocre food that’s overpriced and unclear prices. Won’t return unless I want to be ripped off again. They do have options listed after the burgers that we didn’t see and they certainly don’t indicate there was an extra price when they asked my husband if he wanted fries - Not a side like it was an add on. Also charged different prices than listed. Charged an extra $3 on each burger for Fries, not $2 (see image below still posted online). Seems like a way to cheat your customers out of money. Update your menu or charge what you post online.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a good friend who visits the area often. He didn't mislead me. We were greeted immediately and showed to a table. Our server was friendly, prompt and took great care of us. We started with their housemade artichoke spinach dip. That was amazing. Then we had the lobster pizza, a pizza with bacon, the chicken with the cherry red onion jam, and their chicken dumpling soup. Everything was amazing. If you're in there area eat here. You'll not be disappointed.

Very hospitable and outgoing staff. Our group was very pleased with the welcome, smiling faces, and down to earth nature of the eagle harbor inn staff. Emily was extremely helpful in getting anything we needed, always happy and peppy. Ate, drank, and stayed the night. Very reasonable prices for dining and lodging.

Ughhh I hate leaving bad reviews! But we had a bad experience twice. July 29th - they were to host a karaoke party w people-that was the word. Entrance Was overcrowded and chaotic. Anyone waiting to be seated became the step children. There was no hostess around. Finally worked my way through the crowd & asked people who’s on the list or waiting to get on the list. I finally put our name down on my own. We were seated after an hour plus.We were sat next to the bar. Kudos to the bar staff woman she was trying her best. However took another hour to get our food. Fish & chips were decent. Some of the staff ( not the bartender) were drinking w the people- non staff going behind the bar grabbing beers. Took another 40 min to get & pay bill. 3 hour ordeal. This restaurant is just up the hill from where we were staying. Aug 6th my husband was like let’s just try it again it’s a 3 min walk. He convinced me. We got there around 6:30 - No hostess, we asked a waiter she said I’m not the host tonight. Ok! Waited, finally got our name down. We sat around 7 ish. Our waitress was too busy- too many tables I’m assuming. 25 min later another waitress took our drink order. Wine and coke. (Mind you we were sitting close to the clock- made it worse) waitress finally took our order- & the min went by forever slowly 7:30, 7:45 etc past 8 pm still waiting on food. No refills offered, no water. Nursed my 1 glass of wine for over an hour. The other staff started picking up the condiments & she saw our confused look. No we haven’t gotten our dinner yet! She apologized said she’d ck. I told my husband let’s just go. He said 5 more minutes. Finally got our food at 8:27! Ribs were lukewarm, fries were decent. Nothing to wash my food down with. I think I’ll pass going bk for...

First time here. ▪︎Quaint little rooms. ▪︎They don't air conditioning, they have a box fan in the room for you. We knew about this (it cools down at night). ▪︎Our mattress was uncomfortable (room 8) the mattress is spring kind (seemed like it). Was not comfortable. ▪︎Small bathroom ( what you need)off room, small shower, they have hair dryer (for you). And cute little set: mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion..(it worked us). ▪︎They have a "Sign" in restroom, that they have old towels if ( guest) needs to wipe down/Off there motorcycle or snow mobile. They do have mini table & chair in room. They have rake on wall to hang clothes by the door. TV w/cabinet for your clothes. Have mini refrigerator, mini coffee. ▪︎No microwave in room (didn't find one until last day). They have one microwave, pop machine (little spot) between restaurant & motel. You can get ice from restaurant ( they don't open until 11am) we checked out before they open. ▪︎They have wifi password, but you will need to get with them to get it (when restaurant is open). ▪︎Beware they have a steep step up into rooms. I use a cane, so it was a "BIG" step up (we looked at photos posted prior), but couldn't tell this from pictures posted on line. ▪︎There is cute little gift shop just down the road, just down the road is a cute Lighthouse to check out, and there is beach area just down the road with parking. There is only one other restaurant in the town. ▪︎No store to buy snacks or any needed necessities, or forgotten personal care products. (Must prepare ahead of time). ▪︎We went to restaurant the first night, that we will on...

We are seriously cosidering sending this restaurant a bill for our valuable vacation time

I thought we hit the jackpot for dinner after a long drive. The place looked inviting, and authentic, and the person working at the register in the bar area was friendly and helpful.

But... much to our chagrin, the place was noisy, the food was awful, and the service worse.

We order the stuffed portabella mushroom and the grill chicken with Michigan cherries chutney. The mushroom was blah - tasteless. The chicken tasted like airplane food, served with 6 super thin overcooked lame, pathetic, and meager asparagus spears, and an extra side of frozen veggies which were uncooked and blase - no kidding peppers were warm, and broccoli florets super cold.

Adding insult to injury, Patty, our server was awful. She was not attentive, served our appetizer and disappeared for over 15 minutes without taking the rest of our order. She forgot the garlic bread that came with the main meal and she Literally threw the two plates with the chicken on our table.

Oh, and the Old Fashioned was super sweet and super red, my guess they added grenadine yikes!

Out of my over 400 reviews I had never written such negative one. Avoid this place...
