Burger King — Restaurant in Eagle Pass

Someone isn't always at the first window to charge customers today I saw someone, I stopped, the person was hunched down, didn't even get up to acknowledge me nor tell me he needed a moment so I drove up to the second window only to be told that I needed to back up to the 1st window to be charged. I was not going to back up, I was afraid someone would drive up and get hit and the window clerk said they were not allowed to take my card to the other window to charge my order. Since they were not helpful at all, I canceled my order. Very bad customer service. People...

We have tried many times since this store has been there and to be clear, I don't blame the employees, I blame lack of involved leadership...like tonight, service has always been slow, food ok, order accuracy an issue and if you watch the Burger King and the McDonald's right next door, there is no mistaking something is missing on the Burger King side... I'm no major fan of McDonald's either but their managers are very involved, I should get the same quality product with great service whether here or in San Antonio...but sadly not... we'll try again in a...

Terrible Service by the employees I ask her for a pancake me up and she said the pancakes by them self and I kept saying get me a pancake meal but she didn’t so she finally put some thing and she put everything separate so I ended up paying more than I had to terrible customer service no butter or syrup or utensils!!!6.57!!!!
