My favorite go to boba place for Taro milk tea, no artificial powder or color they use actual taro root. The boba is made fresh daily. Have tried other flavors as well like brown sugar boba

It’s my favorite boba place in Boise! I really like the brown sugar milk tea, plus the plastic cups are machine-washable so I don’t have to throw them away

Stopped into Dolphin tea today to grab a sweet treat after Christmas shopping. I have been to this joint one time before and got a taro milk tea. It was good so I'm pretty positive the fruit teas would be baller too.

This joint is right across from a middle school. So needless to say it was quite load and busy with all the kids hanging out. I appreciate that it's a safe spot for kids to be at. There was only one barista working. She stopped in the middle of her order to greet me. She took my order and got back to making drinks. There were 3 drinks a head of mine so it did take minute for her to work on them but she got them all smashed out.

Today's drink choice was the lychee- starfruit tea with lychee jellies. Man this drink is good! It's the cutest shade of pink. The right amount of sweetness and refreshing. The jellies on the bottom added a fun texture to the drink. It's one of my top 5 teas that I have had in the valley. Hella good!

If you're over the Eagle/McMillan area, I would suggest hitting up Dolphin tea for a beverage. I look forward to heading back to try other...

There was 1 person in front of us but we still waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, the milk teas are more milk than tea or sugar. It's just watered down milk without a flavor. The prices are also raised 2 dollars from T-Baar. $7.50 for a regular sized milk tea with no add ins or extras! No your ingredients are not better than TBaar. They are flavorless and you use more milk and water in the drinks than tea or sugar. If it's because taro costs extra, just make the taro drinks cost more not a regular milk tea without boba. 2 drinks should not be $16.

Edited: They have improved with the taste and time of the drinks! The Thai tea is delicious and while the brown sugar milk tea could be sweeter they definitely fixed the Boba recipe and kicked the price to be more fair as well. A great...

First of all, Dolphin Tea is my FAVORITE boba shop I have ever been to. So many boba shops give you tapioca pearls that are rubbery and gross, but dolphin tea has the perfect consistency.

They have so many options that are all absolutely amazing, although my favorites are definitely the milk teas.

I think it does go without saying that the shop runs expensive. It can be a harsh one to the wallet when one medium drink with a tip included can come out to 8-9 dollars. However, with that said, I think that it is well worth it.

I visit this shop all the time as it is right next to my house so I can assure you they are very consistent. I highly recommend it to anyone who is tired of the rubbery boba and fake tasting teas! Dolphin tea will make you realize how boba is...
