I usually like all the Starbucks I go to due to not only their delicious drinks but their great customer service as well. Except for this one. In all the times I come here (usually in the morning time, so if you’re wanting to come here in the morning I would wait and only go in the afternoon where different workers are present.) I’ve came here about 20 times and usually get disappointed by certain workers almost every time. This one red head girl with straight hair tends to always been in a bad mood, the first time I thought she was having a bad day but she seems to always be having a bad day apparently. She always has An attitude and when she makes your drinks she is very lazy and doesn’t make it the right way. For example I got a cookie crumble frappe and when I received it it was watery, I get Starbucks all the time and can tell when it’s made right or it was made wrong, like when I received the frappe you could tell she barely tried making it, it tasted like a melted chocolate smoothie with whipped cream on top she didn’t bother adding the other stuff that came on it like the cookie crumbs for example which is like the main part of the cookie CRUMBLE frappe. I hate to sound like a Karen but I’m not going to continue coming to a Starbucks that has a rude worker every time I go there and pay for overpriced coffee just for it to come back like a watery milkshake because the worker was too lazy. Because of things like this happening all the time I’ve stopped coming to this Starbucks and now I take time to get up earlier in the morning to go another one instead since the workers are nicer there and actually do their jobs. They also argued that I couldn't make a cold brew with sugar free because the foam, when I just asked for sugar free syrup. They started making my order before I even finished telling them how I wanted it made. Both girls were argumentative and the one guy just stood in the back. They called customer service when I said I wouldn't be receiving a drink with an upcharge for less ice, but I had already walked away. No attempt was made to resolve the issue.
