We had a party of 10 and noticed there were quite a few items crossed off the menu. As we were placing our order we were told there was no pasta, I asked for mozzarella sticks and they were out of those as well. No biggie.. then half way through half of our party eating they inform us they are out of chicken. Then come back 20 minutes later to tell us they were out of Mac n cheese. Someone in our party Asked for a salad at the very beginning and by the time we were leaving still never received said salad. They are out of everything, everything was overpriced. All the owner and staff wanted to do was drink with the patrons and make excuses. Then come over and complain about being short staffed. This place really is excellent. Right on the Allegheny River. Great outdoor space. Plenty of room for many people to gather together. The food is pretty consistently good. And I like their draft beer selection. We had dinner there last night, and I enjoyed my salad, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. I also had a New Trails Broken Heels draft, which was superb.. They offer breakfast as well, which my Dad and my enjoyed this morning. I ordered a fish sandwich and was told they are out of that item. On Wednesday night it is said to be wing night yet they were out of seasoning to do seasoned wings. The wings weren't crispy enough in my opinion. I ordered a beer they were out of the draft and the 1st bottle they brought was warm. Trivia night on Wednesday started at 7 pm. Trivia was well run and enjoyable. They do have a dock available for boats besides having a large parking lot. Mixed drinks were expensive. A bourbon on the rocks double with makers mark was $12.50. ...
