Today I ordered an English Muffin with egg and cheese from Dunkin’, and honestly, it was very disappointing. They gave me a cold sandwich that didn’t taste fresh at all — it seemed like it was from the day before. Unfortunately, I only opened it while on the road, so I didn’t have time to go back and exchange it. This has never happened to me before. I hope you pay more attention to the quality and freshness of your food, because experiences like this really ruin the impression.

I ordered a caramel frappuccino and they missed my first order, then gave me a cappuccino instead. When I explained their mistake, the employee was rude and unprofessional. And when they finally gave me the frappuccino, the cup was half foam and half drink, it looked exactly like the picture I’ve attached. This was a very disappointing experience and not what I expected from Dunkin.

Hot coffee, latte with caramel and vanilla, hash browns, avocado toast, cold brews are some of my favourites at Dunkin. This one is just off NJ turnpike and an ideal pitstop before major exits like Staten Island / Verrazano or Newark airport. The plaza though enforces 2 hours only parking. So plan accordingly.
