Horrible experience today. I ordered a pizza and curly cheese fries to go. I was told 30 minutes. I understand sometimes the time changes. After waiting my 30 minutes, I continued to wait. I witnessed at least 20 orders being placed and then receiving their order and exiting the establishment. After almost an hour (52 minutes), I approached the counter to check on my order. I was told it was in the oven and they didn’t know how much longer. Finally after another 10 minutes I received my order. I stopped at a table and took a picture of my pizza. I don’t know about you but this pizza looks to be not fully cooked. When I got home I was shocked to learn my suspicions were correct, as you can see in the second picture. After tasting both the pizza and fries, I became livid. They both tasted like table salt was poured all over them. I don’t know in what world this is acceptable. I am so so disappointed that I wasted my hard earned money on garbage. I would NEVER recommend such an establishment even to my dog. You don’t have to worry about me ever returning to this horribly ignorant place.
Only saving grace was; I was able to speak to the manager and received a refund for my order. Still not happy about...
Read moreI absolutely love this place. It's always clean. The staff is friendly and prompt. There is always enough staff. I know the owner on a first name basis and he's a great guy who seems dedicated to the customer experience and quality.
The selection is great, and even the non-pizza items are great. The Pizza though? It's fantastic. I'm a pretty simple guy when it comes to pizza and usually get a personal pepperoni with fries. You get a ton of fries. It usually come to around $12. That is a little pricey, but most of the time I have a couple peices and plenty of fries leftover.
As with all real pizza places, the pizza is good reheated, provided you bake it in the oven.
The food is always cooked fresh and is also very quick. I usually go in without calling ahead (which you can do, and I recommend you do), order, and have my food in 10-15 minutes, even if they are busy.
You should keep in mind that this place does not deliver, as well as the little bit of extra cost (including the absurd price for fountain soda).
This place is great. If you're in the area and are choosing between this place, Rosie's, and Papa Joe's then Dolce Vita wins...
Read moreWe ordered the kids nuggets, buttered noodles, tossed salad, and mild wings. The nuggets appeared to be the frozen dinosaur nuggets you can buy in the frozen food section, they were over cooked and were served with a bag of chips. The buttered noodles had no shortage of butter in fact they could have used about an entire stick less and did not come with the meat ball at described on the menu. After we asked for the meatball it arrived about 2 minutes later seemingly fresh from the microwave. The salad was fine. The kids had finished their food when the wings finally arrived only to take a bite and nearly throw up. The sauce tasted spoiled and left me feeling sick for a few hours. When we approached the counter with a plate full of wings less one bite the lady asked if we wanted a box after telling her how bad the wings were she informed us that they usually get good reviews and she could remake them. We declined and left with no food in our bellies and no refund. Safe the trip and go to your local grocery store frozen food section for a...
