Seriously cant believe all these old ppl are allowed to review this place. They were terrible. They make it look fancy and pressure a good review but asking over and over every two mins "how is everything" whilist knowing the cream cheese isn't the norm it's there "sweet cream cheese", the soda machine unwashed and drinks tasting off and the addition of burnt banana in another family members meal, I like the portions but they slam it with fillers so you barely eat it all. Just dissapointing. Of course you're gonna continue to attack poor reviews, Your business is terrible and you should be on kitchen nightmares bud, stay mad and go back to school to learn proper texting, spelling, grammar and you should have some etiquette for critical reviews. We don't eat at Mcdonalds either. Maybe that's what You base yourself off of, nice competition😂😂 P.S. Why would we on a family vacation choose to indulge in complaining? Accept that not everyone is gonna be pleased with your constant bothering and quit acting so arrogant these reviews have gone to your head. 4.7 with less than 300 reviews is meaningless I've been to fine dining at less than you but with over 3000 reviews, stay a narcissist and angry owner.

Just within walking distance the dolce vita is 100x better and with awesome food to boot! be sure to check them out! P.S. Stay mad...

This place is where the old Papa Joe's pizzeria was. My daughter and I stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning just as the place opened at 7:00 am. It's a good thing we did because the place was getting really busy by 8:00 am. Both of us ordered the same thing -- a breakfast special called "The Big Daddy" with 2 eggs (any style), bacon, sausage, home fries, and pancakes. All of that for just $12 each. You aren't going to beat that anywhere! The food was pretty good, and the pancakes (there were three of them) were decently large. Neither of us left there hungry, that's for sure! The home fries were sliced potatoes fried crispy -- not diced or shredded. They were a little thicker-cut than most, and I liked that. They were bland, though, with no seasoning. I think that's my biggest complaint, and if that's really all I have, then you know this place is definitely worth it. I mean, a little salt and pepper, and the issue is solved. The place is pretty clean, and it's pretty open. As for service, it was excellent. Our server, Jodi, was super-friendly. She also kept the coffee flowing which is a gigantic plus in my book. (My daughter actually is in the same school and grade as her kids.) I would definitely recommend this place, and we're sure to be back. I might make this a regular...

My husband and I were here about 2-3 months ago for lunch, food was cold, and they were NOT busy, and tasted horrible. We wanted to go for breakfast today so we figured we would give them a try again for a different meal. I ordered French toast and bacon, my husband got 2 eggs over easy and home fries with bacon, and our son got pancakes with sausage. First off the bacon is precooked bacon, no flavor and paper thin that you can see right through it. Eggs were over cooked that my husband had no “dippy” part, and his eggs were cold. Home fries were mush and not even crispy, plus those are not home fries. More like a frisbee in size, absolutely horrible. My sons sausage links were over cooked and like hard in texture. My French toast was cold, and had absolutely no flavor even after I put extra butter and syrup on them. Will never be going back, how is this place still...

OK usually don’t make reviews of places, but I just wanted to sound off of bit. I heard nothing but great things about this place and expected a decent breakfast. I ordered sausage gravy over one biscuit with home fries, and a scrambled egg. You know like the * fluffy * scrambled eggs they are supposed to resemble? My egg came out maybe two sheets of paper thin ,flopped on a plate and inch smaller than the rubber egg frisbee I got. I asked them to remake it , kindly. So the cook chopped it up , piled it up and sent it back out. Now I don’t know if he thinks he’s a comedian, but it was not funny, and I was paying for it. My sister’s granddaughter ordered bacon and it came out deep fried , smothered in grease. I won’t be going back … or maybe next time I’ll sit in the dining room and heckle the cook , since he thinks he’s so funny!!

We found this place by accident when we were leaving Lancaster in what is called Quarryville, and I'm so glad we stopped. We were greeted with a cozy and warm welcome and seated right away. Our food was amazing and portions were huge so bring a super huge appetite. We ordered the french country breakfast so it came with 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage links, home fried potatoes, and 3 slices of french toast which is batter dipped in this amazing cinnamon crunch batter and was so good. We couldn't finish it and took the extra french toast to go home. Our waitress was so friendly and smiling that it made our experience so homey that we will definitely stop in again the next time we visit the area. The manager even made a point to wish us well and to come back again. Loved this place and all the staff!!!
