Jumbo Pizza — Restaurant in East Goshen Township

The banana bread pudding was moldy. Turned my stomach as soon as I saw it. I now question how fresh everything else is. Won't ever go back.

Regarding your response, that amount of mold doesn't happen overnight to fresh food even if it's the "highest grade food". Either way, you delivered moldy food to my family. Something went wrong you say, yes, that moldy food went unchecked for many days and you served it to us. I wonder how many people ate the other moldy bread pudding. You can speak about high quality and high grade food all you like. Asking me to give you another chance to "correct this" sounds like the right thing to do but when I called the store to make you aware of moldy food you sold me, that was your chance to make it right. I posted this review because I wasn't satisfied with moldy food, nor was I satisfied with the way your feeble attempt to "correct" it. You had the chance to look at it before you placed it in the bag but obviously it wasn't that important to you at that time. The rolls we had were a bit stale and very dry. I must say I strongly disagree with with Zagbar. Ive lived in west chester for 3-4 years now and due to a demanding work schedule, I order out a ton. This place really really sets a higher standard in the "pizza places" category. I'm sure this sounds like a phony review but please take my word, after so many terrible experiences ordering from places (not to mention names) that should be getting their Culinary & edu, learning from this place! (if you live in this area and have tried around you know exactly what I'm talking about). its fast, hot, packaged correctly, portions are good, and prices are definatly fair. thumbs up guys!

I read through some of the worst reviews seeing why and most are ridiculous and have nothing to do with Jumbo itself. With that said, I live too far for delivery but drive to Jumbo often. With pizza shops all over , Jumbo has been our go to now for about 2 years. Every meal has been great, fresh, hot, packaged well and devoured immediately. Their pizza is fantastic, the cheesesteaks are so good and very filling, large fresh salads, burgers are the best around, even their Mexican menu is a hit! I say for anyone that wants to complain about delivery time- pick up, don't blame the shop for not having enough delivery drivers.
