Stopped for lunch, and the following morning for breakfast as we had meetings in the area. While nothing was wrong with the food we got, it was not outstanding. For lunch, I got the Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich. It looked very nice on the plate and since I like my food spicy, I really liked the bright orange color and was anticipating a good, spicy bite. My disappointment came when the color did not match the flavor. It did have some Red Hot in there, but it was so watered down that I would consider it mild. The french fries that came as a side were a $2 upgrade charge (??) and they had that coating that makes them crunchy. At breakfast, I got the two egg special which came with two scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast. Even I asked for crispy bacon, it was not. The eggs needed to be salted, as did the hash browns - and I am normally not a big salt person. Was the food good? No, but it was reasonably tasty and came out pretty fast. It was served on cardboard plates with paper napkins. I looked for plastic flatware, but actually got metal. On the other hand, the packet did not have spoons, so for my coffee, I had to stir the sugar in it with my knife.

I absolutely hate having to share a bad review especially with a local business. Upon entering it was definitely a nice looking environment very modern and clean, nice and quiet area. We were then taken downstairs to be seated. Once downstairs it was not quiet it definitely felt like a bar room, which I can understand for being a brewery very loud. The bar was nice although we came to eat not drink. Menu is not very big only a handful of items and priced above for the area. Order time to food on table was decent considering how busy they were. Unfortunately we only seen our waitress at time of order and to receive the food. Side dish we ordered we never received. Food was ok but not worth the value. We then waited 20 minutes after we were finished to pay because waitress was nowhere to be found. Then after receiving our check again waited 15 minutes to find our waitress to pay. Unfortunately this is one restaurant I will never return to. I imagine if you were coming for drinks it would be a good spot but not for a quiet dinner.

Just outside the gates of Fort Indiantown Gap sits one of Snitz Creek’s outposts — a full-service restaurant that provides a solid craft beer experience. While the brewing happens elsewhere, this location pours plenty of Snitz Creek classics on tap and offers plenty of cans to-go for your next party. The vibe is relaxed, the staff were genuinely friendly, and our lunch came out fast. The most unique food offering was The Snitzer. A waygu smash patty, lebanon sweet bologna, cheddar cheese, lettuce, mayo on a pretzel roll. On the beer side, the Lemon Meringue Pie Ale stole the show. This blonde ale, conditioned on lemon meringue, was light, bright, and just the right balance of citrusy sweetness without tipping into dessert territory — a refreshing surprise that balanced out the hearty burger.

The brewery from the front looks like a restaurant/gas station (I think it was an old market and gas station. I don't think the gas station is operational now) but hidden in the back is neat COVID gem. The necessity of outside dining to survive, caused the brewery to convert an old unused garage in the back for outdoor dining. They did a great job with a minimalist design. There is outside open space seating and "indoor" seating are available. Inside in the sense you're in the garage with 3 large open doors. Besides the unique physical aspect they offer a wide spectrum of unique and uniquely named beers. (I wasn't sure I wanted to try the brown trout stout. As I wasn't sure it referred to the fish or something else.) Food was yummy with a similarly wide selection.

Had fried chicken mashed potatoes and green beans, the pieces of chicken were very big, especially the breast. When I was done, I took my leftovers with an when I put it on a plate at home it looked like a meal that I would have got anywhere else except I already ate half of it. So my point is if you're getting the fried chicken, you will have some for lunch the next day, and it tasted as good in the air fryer the next day as it did last night. The bang bang shrimp and chili were also very good. It was affordable, and drinks were reasonable. Our server was great as well. This is my 3rd time here and we're very pleased again! All our servers have went above and beyond what a normal server is supposed to do!!! They deserve some recognition!

The chilli was nothing but oil. No broth. Just saturated with oil. And the open face turkey, as soon as it came just smelled off. You can see in the pictures how its dried out. The only time I've seen any poultry like that is when it sits out too long, is old, or is microwaved too long. I don't know if it was any of those. Whatever it was, I tried one bite just to see if it actually tasted ok. It did not. This was my 3rd bad meal in a row at Snitz. Different orders, different times of day too. I guess there is a reason why I only ever hear people talk about how great the alcohol is.
