Cavros Pizzeria — Restaurant in East Hartford

I ordered from here bc of the reviews I'm from new haven and honestly this was very disappointing the large wasn't even a large and it wasnt even crispy the crust was white and the it just wasn't good not compared to the pizza I eat in new haven AT ALL. Idk how people think this is good pizza but I cannot wait to move back to new haven because the pizza out here just doesn't cut it this should be a 2 start not 4 looks NOTHING like the pictures either maybe they have new management from when those were posted but I'll tell you one thing it was disgusting and the wings ? they were soggy me and my fiance order pizza every weekend and this was by far THE WORSE. I will not be back I shouldve knew when I had to talk to 2 different people bc neither could understand anything I said. It wasn't even hot and took over an hour and when I called back they said they didn't have my number when I said it and they clearly have caller I'd bc they knew who was calling and I had to call 5 times for them to pick up to see where it was. RUDE & DISTASTEFUL SERVICE!!!!! I am extremely disturbed with this quality of service received today. I have been a customer of this location for years and I had a poor experience with calling in an incorrect order this afternoon. I spent 40$ at this location and one of my sandwiches most all of the requested ingredients. This sandwich was missing onions, cheese, and mayonnaise. I called to inform one of the sandwiches were made incorrectly and the employee started arguing with me! Yelling that’s not what I requested and talking over me while I explained this order was missing items. I am disgusted with how rude this employee was with me over a mistake on their behalf and how it was handled. Ordered sheet pizza of the house special pretty good pizza overall. Sauce was a little salty , shouldn't season sauce with salt due to pepperoni and sausage having a salt content in it already. Also a little disturbed at the fact that I was charged a delivery fee without knowing , when I was asked if I wanted to add a gratuity and informed them that we would tip driver ourselves. So we were charged 3.oo unknowingly and gave the driver 6.00 for a 3 min drive which in total brought our order to 55.00 for a sheet pizza. Cant see that happening again. Kids ate 1 slice and out of a whole sheet 1/3 was all that was eaten. Usually from our normal place there would maybe be 1/5 left. And its just 36.00.
