You walk in right away you get put in a seat right away! Normally they give you water off the bat this did not give you water! I asked for raspberry coffee and Sure enough It just came out as normal coffee. ask for honey, we did not ask for a refill. We said we are good and the waiter still filled us up even though we asked not to be filled up. I got my food. My papa got his food! I asked for avocado on my hashbrowns every time I went to fly down the waiter she would ignore me and keep on walking not sure what’s the problem with that waiter. She looks like med 30s maybe 40s. Came here for the first time with my husband and we both left feeling disappointed with our experience. This place is just a restaurant serving mediocre food and drinks that are very overpriced. My husband got the steakwich and he said he could barely taste the steak because the arugula and other ingredients were overpowering. The steak wasn’t seasoned either, and the sandwich was a small portion. He also got a matcha latte that tasted more like milk and it cost nearly $6! I got the western omelet and substituted the ham for sausage. I chose rye toast, but they only give you one slice! How cheap and stingey does a business have to be to give you one small slice? Also, they forgot to bring my butter and when I asked for it, the waitress gave me melted butter in the wraps. Also, they don’t have real jam, just the processed Smuckers kind that you’d get at any old diner. Also, don’t bother with getting water because it’s disgusting tap water. Our waiter did not pay attention to us one bet! She filled up our coffee mugs without asking she didn’t offer water to us like most places do the table next to us got water without asking we knew that this we wouldn’t be coming back!
