Horrible customer service!!! I ordered a birthday cake and cookies and everything that could’ve went wrong, went wrong. We were overcharged for the cake, the cake came completely plain when we asked for a design… instead the design came in a side package in a fondant style that looked like a kindergartner colored on it with sharpie. The cake also was really smudged on top like something was sat on top of it?? The cookies were burnt and they clearly noticed and didn’t want to remake them because they decorated the backside of the cookie in attempt to hide how burnt they were. Although the decorations on the cookies weren’t horrendous, they were a completely different color than what I had asked for, even with clear reference photos. I reached out about all of these issues as soon as my husband got home with the order and although Jen read my messages, she would not reply. I asked her again a few days later if she cared to attempt to rectify the situation as I don’t like leaving local businesses poor reviews and that message went unanswered as well. I watched people spit the cookies out into the trash can as well as into napkins. Extremely embarrassing. I threw away the majority of what I paid for. My recommendation would be to literally go anywhere else with your business. It’s one thing to make a mistake here or there but to not even respond to your clients and be careless about the quality of your work is...

Below average product and customer service. Wife reached out separately to address concerns and was left on read. Cookies were burnt, and decorated in a way to hide that they were. Was charged for a 10” cake when we actually ordered an 8” cake. Not really sure who runs this place, but I wouldn’t trust them to make you anything for a special occasion.
