Ive gone here a few times since moving here. The few times I've gone they have screwed up my order over and over again. Who ever works drive thru at the afternoon/night needs training on how to speak to customers. I've gone there 3 times for collaborations and each time has been a horrible experience. I went there for a sauce that just came out and whoever was working the window lied to me and said it came out months ago (lie it came out 3 days before I asked) 2nd time I went was for the Yugiho collaboration, order the kids meals to get the toy and ended up with two Battleship toys. The final time was the other day for the genshin impact collaboration. The lady who helped me was very nice but when I get told after doing it online multiple times to contact Corporate(that was a joke) im not trying to tear this place down that much but its also when I ask for things not on it or on it I dont get it. Ive never had a good experience at any McDonald's I've gone to. Not trying...

Huge shoutout to the East Jordan McDonaldâs team! Despite being absolutely slammed due to the power outage, the crew remained professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. The service was fast, friendly, and organized, even with the overwhelming number of customers.
The staff handled the pressure with patience and positivity, making sure everyone was taken care of as quickly as possible. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the whole team deserves major appreciation for keeping things running so smoothly during such a stressful time.
Whoever the GM isâyou should be extremely proud of your team! They are doing an amazing job under tough circumstances.

Doesnât matter what I ordered, a McDouble, McNuggets, or a happy meal, I get pulled ahead and am waiting 20 minutes for something that should have been ready. Drive thru microphone also is broken so it constantly cuts out, ontop of watching drinks being poured from one cup into another. Needs a change of management, ownership, or just closed down entirely. 9 months later. No change. Sit in line for half an hour without any movement, but they wonât hesitate to ask you to go through the line again to get their time down! Mobile orders are the bottom of the priority. Donât bother because youâll be sitting there for half an hour watching cars go through the drive thru. How has nothing been done? How are the other McDonaldâs not as bad...
