I don’t remember Jack in the box being this bad. But recently it’s been very slow and not a great experience. The drive-through takes a long time, especially if you are there around the time the Kipp middle school gets out. But even if it’s just a regular afternoon, expect to spend about 15 minutes or more in the drive-through. Today, they did not get my order the way that I asked. I ordered regular tiny tacos, and loaded bacon and cheddar tiny tacos. I also ordered the popcorn chicken box with a Mr. Pibb. And I asked for an extra order value fries. I got regular tiny tacos, and the regular loaded tiny tacos, which doesn’t have bacon and cheese, it has cheese and lettuce. Which is not what I was expecting since I said bacon and cheese. Also, I didn’t get the chicken box combo, they only gave me the tiny chicken box, without any drink, even though I told them what drink I wanted. I was sitting at the window for a while waiting for my chicken and I had to tell them I still needed it. I also asked about my drink, but they told me that I didn’t order any drink. And did I want to purchase one now? I had already been waiting so long, I said no thank you I just wanna leave can I have my chicken. Read moreThis is, hands down, the worst jack n the box in the USA. Not sure if that’s worthy of applause, but certainly recognition. Ordered 2 bacon ranch monster tacos, a large fries and Oreo cookie shake. I also asked to use the restroom, which I needed to be buzzed into. The girl said “no problem,” then walked away. I waited by the restroom, no one helped, so I came back and inquired. The guy hit a buzzer real quick and said “sure, go in.” Once out, I got to my order which consisted of 2 bacon monster tacos (they decided to withhold the ranch), a large curly fries (not regular fries), AND they forgot my Oreo cookie shake. Read moreI can't believe the lady that works here. The team lead HEIDY just walked past dirty tables and ignored me when I asked her a question. Both times she just said give me a minute. Horrible customer service. I had to tell the cashier to clean the tables for 2 families that were waiting to sit down and eat. Unbelievable some people. I wonder if Jack in the Box requires a customer service policy for their locations and how they are being executed. Im giving them 2 stars for the young man who cleaned the tables right away and excellent customer service with great attitude. I should have taken a picture of the mess and dirty tables.
