Tacos Virginia — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

My two stars are for their lack of costumer service. Walked in to order menudo to go. I will say the menudo was not that bad. I hate their tortillas though. They use the cheapest maza and they under cook it, making it a choking hazard (mazudo = doughy). Upon arriving, I was directed to the cashier to order. Everyone is running around like headless chickens and they ignore you until someone finally realizes you're standing there. They'll take your order ask for your name and tell you to wait (in this occasion 15 min.). They had a band playing live music inside (you can't even hear your toughts), since they're right next to your ear. I waited outside for approx. 20 mins. I walked up to the door and was asked how many in my group. I mentioned I'm picking up to go and the waiter turned to the people behind me and asked how many in their party. So, I flag down another one (meanwhile my order is on the table ready to go). Again, I am asked the same question and then ignored. I simply raised my voice and said that's my order and pointed to the table. The waitress then asked my name and checked and had to ask the waitress who took my order whose order because, it had no name 😐 (why ask for my name then?). The waitress couldn't remember my name and just pointed at me. Although it was busy, they lack organization...

BEST California Burrito I'VE EVER HAD! The flavors were TOP NOTCH!!! It had the potato wedges instead of soggy fries and it was soft and crispy with that delicious asada along with fresh avocado inside and I couldn't do anything but INHALE it!

Unreal service; waitress took our order on her lunch break even though we were being helped by someone else who wasn't making us wait long.

If you're out in East LA, please stop in...you won't be...

I always drove by this place but never stopped. Finally, this place was recommended to me. The place looks small and nothing special. But don't let it fool you. The food was truly delicious and in a home style made way. Nice big service and homemade tortillas are delicious. So this was my first time there but truly will not be my last time there. I am going to try my best to go a few times a month. And try many other dishes....
