After booking and paying for a Sunday bowl online I imagined that everything would be taken care of once myself and our party arrived. Itās my sons 9th bday . I purchased the pizza soda and 2 hr bowl which I thought was a great deal for 66$ well the problem came because when we first arrived , the very rude agent ignored us as we stood there. We asked the agent what she needed, she said I told you to wait a second , give me a second . This was 1/15/2023 at 12:41pm. I said the reservation is under Neesha. She didnāt say anything. After 2 min of standing there she said āokā I asked where do we go? She said 22. So I asked for the shoes , she asked for the sizes, I said every size I was told to list online , so now weāre waiting for her to get everyoneās shoe size. She put us back the dirtiest shoes ever. We all went searching for the lane and sat down. She handed me a ticket which I had no idea what is was for. There was already a huge family on our lane and an empty lane right next to us. I figured sheād just allow us to use one of the empty lanes next to us. But no we had to squeeze our party of 6 in the lane with a party of 7-8. So the other family told us to just take the table
So. I have 5 kids with me who are starving, an hr has passed 1hr and 15 minutes has passed everyone keeps telling me when the pizza is ready itāll come out.
Mind you everyone around us that came after us has food. Well, after waiting so long the guy I asked comes back and says āyou were right I checked and we delivered your pizza to someone else itāll be another few minutes . So literally at 1.5 hr after we arrived the pizza came . The hungry kids ate the pizza so fast because theyād played watched everyone else eat drank all the soda but no food
No one apologized Discounted anything Gave us a credit for next time
Nothing
Very disappointing and horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting HeadPinz Bowling Alley, and I must say that the customer service left much to be desired. From the moment my party and I walked in, it was clear that our presence wasn't a priority for the staff.
As we were exploring the different pricing options for our bowling session, I couldn't help but notice two young ladies standing behind a computer, seemingly engrossed in their own world. Instead of being approached by a staff member eager to assist, we were left to fend for ourselves while these employees whispered, made comments, and even laughed at us. It was disheartening to feel like we were somehow being ridiculed by the very people who were supposed to be providing us with information and assistance.
What was particularly concerning was the fact that these employees were not discreet in their behavior. Their gestures and hand signals were clearly directed towards us, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's completely unacceptable for employees to behave in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards customers.
Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it's disappointing to see such a blatant disregard for it at HeadPinz Bowling Alley. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect displayed by the staff on that day was disheartening and left a lasting negative impression on my group.
In conclusion, my experience at HeadPinz Bowling Alley was marred by the extremely poor customer service we received. No customer should ever feel belittled or ignored when seeking assistance from the staff. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the customer service culture at their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I originally gave you one star, I was not expecting you to comment. However, since you have not provided the full context of the issue, I will now explain my reasoning for the poor rating. Before I booked a three hour bowling event for seven people, I called to make sure that there would be sufficient light for my son, who is legally blind, to bowl with the group. He can see but is challenged in low light or darkness so glow bowling is a struggle. The human resource I spoke to indicated that the lanes were lit and that there should not be an issue for him to bowl that day. However when I arrived on Saturday, 5/8/2021, at 12h30 all the lanes were very dark. When we explained the situation to the staff there was no attempt to rectify the situation or alternative solutions provided. In fact we were told that there was no options to turn on the lights on individual lanes . We even asked if we could poll the existing bowlers to determine if they would have an issue with the lights being turned on for my son to bowl but were quickly shot down by the staff and told that was not an option. The ADA (Title III) requires all businesses that are open to the public to provide accommodations for people with disabilities. Because bowling alleys are public places, they are no exception. By refusing to allow my son access to bowl there may be a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We will look into the matter to determine our options. Nevertheless, we did get fully refunded and we did not bowl that day. However, now everyone has the full story and can put your comments...
