Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lely

I have lived in Naples, Florida for almost 15 years. I am 18 years old and for as long as I remember, I've been going to this Taco Bell all of my life. I live about a mile and a half down the road so that's why I always go to this Taco Bell because there aren't really any other ones around me. Almost every time I go here they mess up my order. I always get the fiery doritos locos taco, and every time they always seem to give me the nacho cheese. I know I should always open them to check and see if they are the fiery but when you're in the drive through in a rush, you don't think about it. But it's the employees job to give me the correct taco, especially when it's on the receipt. When I was about 14 years old my mom would bring me home a soft taco once a week and one day I had a ball of hair in my taco. It was gross and my mom went back to Taco Bell with my hair ball'd taco and showed the manager. A week later the same thing happened to me again so I stopped going to Taco Bell for about a year. And ever since then I've been going back and they always seem to mess up my order for not giving me supreme when I ordered and payed for supreme. Just things like that, and it's the employees job to give you what you order and pay for. This has gone on pretty much every time I go to this Taco Bell and I like the food but the customer service and messing up the orders is just annoying and I've had...

HORRIFIC customer service. I attempted to go through the drive-thru last week; the person in front of me ordered and drove up and then I waited at the speaker for FIFTEEN MINUTES and no one ever took the order. I then drove up to the window where I saw the girl with the headset (brown ponytail, around 2pm on a weekday) chatting with another coworker, completely ignoring her actual job duties. She turned and looked at me in shock like she didn't know what I was doing there, and I explained that I had been sitting at the speaker and no one took my order and asked if I could go ahead and give her my order. She then exclaims "Oh! Uhh, well, there's someone at the speaker now!" and then literally runs off while taking the person BEHIND ME's order who had been waiting all of 20 seconds. Oh suddenly tending to the speaker is urgent to you? Who DOES that? Take customers in the order received ESPECIALLY after making them wait while you chit chat. There was ZERO reason she couldn't take my one quesadilla order at the window like every other fast food place does if there is ever an issue with the speaker. I have never seen anything so rude and disrespectful to someone's time. At this point it had been nearly 20 minutes and I still hadn't been able to place my order. This girl needs to be fired...

This Taco Bell is a scam. They absolutely do not care if your food is incorrect, cold, thrown in the bag upside down. I LOVE Taco Bell, I HATE going to this specific Taco Bell. I tried picking up a to go order from the drive-through window, and they literally told me I had to come inside to pick up the food. I told them I had no shoes on I couldn’t. I showed them proof on my phone. They still made me pull in a parking spot and wait for 30 minutes as they serve everybody else in line. 30 minutes. I go back around in the line to ask where is my food and what’s happening and nobody says anything and just hand me my food… As if I haven’t been in line for 40 minutes now for a pick up order.! So make sure your fully clothed if your gonna go pick up some food in a drive through! Weird asf It’s not even about making a few mistakes…they are allowed by their managers to keep on messing up orders. I guess they don’t care if they lose business or if people aren’t getting the right food that they PAID for. This Taco...
