This place is terrible first of all because of the young girl in the front has a terrible attitude. She doesn't greet the moment you walk in and is super rude. Although the other staff members were satisfactory, the meal experience took a nosedive when our dishes were brought out individually, without any explanation. This led to confusion, resulting in unintended food swaps among us. Our order of juices raised eyebrows when one arrived in a shade that didn't match its ingredients (red). The response we received, from this young girl was "the juice I made before was red" blaming a previous batch, seemed like a lazy excuse without proper care for quality control. I don't think you just answer a customer like that. Maybe you should rinse the machine before making the other juice. Then everyone was finishing their food and we said we were missing one plate of food she said "oh we did make it" I said where is it? She said "it's somewhere" and starts looking it was sitting in the kitchen the whole time. The unfortunate presence of spoiled vegetables on a sandwich only added to the ordeal. Even simple requests like no cheese were blatantly disregarded. Of course the food came with cheese when we said it few times NO CHEESE. These seemingly minor issues culminated in a significant negative impact on our experience. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, primarily due to the unwelcoming attitude of the young girl and the evident lack of organization. I made an effort to address the concerns with her before leaving, but she chose not to acknowledge or apologize for...
Read moreWe visited Naples for one week and had several delicious meals at Kwench. It is a family run and managed juice bar and cafĂ© and it is by far and away our favorite place to eat in Naples. They only use the freshest ingredients, with all meals made directly in front of you. Most importantly, every meal consistently tasted great! We loved the fresh fruit smoothies. They also had so many choices of smoothies, and they can be customized to include various milks, butters and even superfoods such as Chia seeds, bee pollen etc. Breakfasts are also fantastic. We would highly recommend the Eggs & Arugula (Scrambled eggs, fresh arugula, and pesto) as well as the Avocado Toast and Lox Toast. The cafĂ© also has a âGrab and Goâ section and the store made Peanut Butter Energy Bites are a real treat. There are also so many great items to choose for lunch or dinner. Some of our favorites included the Mediterranean Chicken, Chicken Shawarma, Chicken Quesadilla, Smoked Salmon Sandwich, Pollo Con Pico Bowl, and Chicken Burrito. Every single one of them were fresh and uniquely flavorful. We do not believe you can go wrong with any selection at Kwench. Besides the great food, we also want to note that we are so impressed with the family management of the cafĂ©. They are all so welcoming, warm, professional, knowledgeable about each ingredient and run a fantastic impeccably clean 1st class establishment. My wife and I look forward to returning to Naples and visiting Kwench...
Read moreAward to the most miserable employee Iâve ever encountered goes to your employee! Congrats !!! I walked in and wasnât even greeted. No big deal, so I said hello myselfâstill ignored. My first and definitely last time here.
When I finally got to the register, the âemployeeâ (blonde with glasses, refused to give her name) was glued to her phone like it was surgically attached. Texting, scrolling, who knowsâcertainly not doing her job. I asked if they had protein powder. After pretending to care long enough to look up, she muttered yes. (This happened 10-15 minutes ago so you can check the camera)
I asked what a pitaya bowl was. Her direct quote? âI donât really know, if you turn around you can read what it is.â Excuse me? Thatâs your idea of customer service? But fine , I figured she could be new.
I gave it a chance and said Iâd take a pitaya bowl with granola, protein, peanut butter, and banana. Dead-eyed and miserable, she snaps, âOh, you need a base.â Againâfirst time customer here. I say green base, and her response: âWe donât have that!â in the nastiest tone possible.
At that point, before I even finished my order, I told her exactly what she is: miserable. Then I walked out.
This is the kind of employee who drives customers away permanently. Sheâs lazy, rude, unprofessional, and clearly hates her job. If ownership has any sense, sheâd be fired yesterday.
Save your money, your patience, and your sanity. Go literally...
