There was only one person available to take orders. The phone kept interrupting my order being taken. I thought I was getting a decent deal with a belly buster cheesesteak, but buyer beware. The sandwich is big, but not very full. I asked for mushrooms, but they forgot them. I asked for ketchup to be cooked with the meat and on the roll. I got barely any ketchup at all, and definitely not cooked in with the meat. I got my sandwich to go, and I live too far away to make the trip back to return it. I tried it anyway. The meat tasted funny and was extremely salty. When I called to complain, they told me to talk to the manager. She got on the phone and told me that if I have a problem, I must come back in or she can't do anything. I told her I was just calling since their menu asks you to call with any comments, good or bad. She just reiterated that she would not do anything for me. A sincere apology would have prevented this review. I should have known not to order from here when the employees sent out for their own food and coffee. (I was there when the employee brought it in for everybody.) Avoid this place. Jimmy's in Jennersville makes a much better sandwich, more meat, better ingredients, and a...

Terrible. Ordered and was told when order is ready we will call your number. Took a seat and noticed people arriving dine in received food, ate and left. Proceeded to counter and waited 10 minutes before seeing an employee. The entire time our food had been sitting on the counter which we can assume would have stayed there considering there was no effort to call our number. RequesTed to open food as I paid 30.00 for 3 cheeses teas w/fries. There were no fries in an order. The cook was out the door but managed to come back in and find fries. Not a pleasant cook by the way. I could understand maybe if they were busy however I don't consider busy 2 customers which leaves this an even more unacceptable situation. Arrived home only to see the subs were placed upside down so all the juices were in the fries now. I wanted to still review the food after dealing with the inadequate service. 3 cheesesteaks...1 no toasted roll as requested...2 others no fried onions as requested. There is no way this place is rated high and our visit was just an exception. Bad food and Bad service. Dissapointed to make the drive and try them, definitely...

If I could leave this review WITHOUT any stars I would! This is the second time My husband drove from Kennett Square to Oxford to get sandwiches from here. Once again they messed up the order and on top of that the sandwiches were AWFUL! Even the girls didn't eat the "cheese" steaks! As for my sub it was SUPPOSED TO to be a Regular/American sub,Xtra oil, very few onions, tomatoes, lettuce, oregano, salt, and pepper. They put XTRA onions,HOT peppers, and pickles! None of which I asked for! Oh and the meats we're the same identical if an Italian sub! YES it was marked REG on the outside! My husband ordered an Italian sub with hot peppers,Xtra oil, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, salt, pepper, and oregano. They put XTRA MAYONNAISE,black olives, pickles, and SWEET peppers! Again NONE of which he ordered! Yes it was marked ITAL on outside! We make a habit of NEVER complaining at any food establishment. You just can't trust what staff will be done to the "replacement food"! We just NEVER give the establishment any business of any sort again! I won't leave a picture of all the sandwiches in the trash as it would...

We were recommended to come here for the cheesesteaks and Italian subs by my in-laws. We (2 adults and a toddler) ordered a Large Cheesesteak and a Large Italian with a small order of Cheese Fries. The wifes large Cheesesteak ($9.99) was made to order and she enjoyed it. It was smothered in cheese and well loaded with beef. She would recommend. The Italian sub ($9.99) had plenty of meat and cheese on it and was good, however I felt that I could get a better sub at Wawa. I would still order it again in a pinch. The fries were a big disappointment. The fries themselves were pretty good, but they were smothered with what appeared, and tasted, like the cheap "canned" cheese. I would not recommend. For a local place that's super easy to get to, we would return. Maybe next time we will try the 2lb Belly Buster Cheesesteak.

Stopped in based on recommendations and it did not meet my expectations. I picked up a larger cheesesteak, bacon and cheese fries and a drink (1/2 gallon of turkey hill lemonade). Total bill was a hair under $30! IMHO, that’s ridiculous. The cheesesteak was tasty, but light in meat. Photo attached. The bacon and cheese fries were horrible. It was a if they refried day old fries, used extra salt, then applied some old cheese sauce and some old bacon. The photo looks way better than in person. Will I go again.. if I’m in the area, I’ll stop by to give them another shot.. maybe it was a bad day when I went. But IMO, those fries should have never been served.

Nice little place, nice people. Not sure what happened, my ($12) cheesesteak came out tasting good but looked like an overstuffed Wawa hoagie. It was a mess, I had to eat it with a fork because it was so sloppy (forgot to take a pic). They use a decent amount of meat and it’s pretty filling. The burger hoagie we also got was good and loaded. Had an issue with the one I got to go (pictured). About two days later I got it out of the fridge and the roll was glued to the wax paper. So I microwaved it for a minute or more to try to unstick it, but it was just not coming off. I suggest eating it fresh and not saving it for another day.
