T N T's Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in East Peoria

So my boyfriend and I go to TNT's and sit at the bar. We order drinks and a pizza. While we are waiting for our pizza there is a group at the other end of the bar who obviously have had way too many drinks. One woman in particular was particularly loud. Meanwhile the cook comes behind the bar with a really large plastic pitcher and fills it up with beer from the tap. He is quite friendly and chats with us for a minute or two. Shortly after that our waitress brings our pizza. It is completely burned around all the edges. I am really disappointed. I really like to eat the crust. But not tonight. We pick through the pieces in the center of the pizza and leave the rest. When the waitress comes over, I say, I am really sorry but I would like a discount on this pizza, as you can see the pizza is overcooked and the edges are burnt. She says, oh I have to get the manager. Then she stands still and yells across the bar, Hey before you go, this lady wants a discount on her pizza! I look at my boyfriend in disbelief! How completely rude and embarrassing! So a woman steps out from the other end of the bar and comes over. Turns out the drunk woman is the manager!!! She says, Ok, I will give you half off, is that good? We say sure. We finish our drinks and get ready to pay and the bill for the pizza is $13.50 instead of $8.00, which would have been half off! The waitress says, yeah she decided you ate more than half so you should pay more! Wow. Bad service. Bad...

The East Peoria location has been renovated. Unfortunately, once again, it is not handicapped accessible. The doorway (front and kitchen entrance) have steps that do not allow a wheelchair to climb. There is one handicapped space with what appears to be a hand drawn symbol is at the kitchen entrance. The doorway width would not be accessible for a wheelchair. I have no idea how they have escaped the ADA regulations all of these years. We used to go there once a week for dinner. We have not be able to for many years. As a single person going into any restaurant I tend to receive sub par service and food. Its like they could care what one person has to say or wondering what kind of tip are they going to get? The service was cold and sub par. They didnt have the garnish ready for the Bloody Mary on a Sunday for the football crowd at a sports bar? The TVs were great and set up accordingly. The chili came out ice cold. Don't ask me how that happens but I almost expected it from everything else I saw. 3/5 The restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in several weeks. Pretty bad.
