Horrible experience today took my dad we did love this place been coming like 35 hrs we bring the grandkids now too so it sun may 16 2024 2:00 pm and I asked for frozen pudding no we don’t have it ok how about rum raisin kiddie size she didn’t ask cup or cone so I thought ok cone well cup I said u don’t have cones she went got 2 cones and put them on top of ice cream really so I walk away almost then I turn back to see the other girl I said can u re make them and put them in a cone she did just cause I’m covered in tattoos doesn’t mean I deserve and less treatment or rudeness she was not polite in any way...

COVID 19 CASH HOT SPOT. In a time of Covid 19 They only take cash? Why? Many stores are getting away from cash because the clerks touch the cash then touch the ice cream scoops, touch the cones, touch the dishes, touch the spoons, touch the ice cream containers. This is perfect, literally right down the road from my apartment and the ice cream is delicious. The staff are also wonderful and I highly recommend trying the new vanilla soft serve. This place is wonderful and if you do not have cash then go to the atm next door. Nothing but convenience there. My only issue is that there are not enough people staffed because of how busy it can be. Which that just goes to show how much everyone loves them. But aside from that the place is amazing.
