Wow, don’t waste your time stopping at this place. My boyfriend and I were traveling through town and wanted to grab something other than fast food. We found this place and the pictures and descriptions made it look and sound absolutely delicious! On top of that, the place has good reviews so we thought we would give it a try. Ordered the grilled cheese with tomato soup and a candy burger . I am not sure how you mess up a grilled cheese, but my 2 year old could make a better one. Bread was dry and overcooked and cheese was cold. It had no flavor at all. Tomato soup is for sure canned tomato soup that tasted like it has been sitting in warming pot for days . the burger was extremely greasy and the fries were undercooked. I never leave reviews unless there is something that truly impresses me or disappoints me , needless to say, we were disappointed, especially for the...

We were returning home after a family gathering and stopped to grab a quick dinner before getting back on the road. We stumbled across this the Bear Creek Taphouse. We loved the Texas beers and wine selections as well as the various fries meals including poutine! We discovered poutine on a trip to Canada (Quebec’s national food). I liked the heavy pepper in the brown gravy giving it a bit of a Texas twist. One of my daughters had the Buffalo Ranch fries and my other daughter had the Garlic Cheddar fries. All of us enjoyed the food, friendly service and laid back, country atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean. Service was quick. We now have a new jumping off point when traveling to West Texas to...

We went there this evening with friends. And I don't know what I was thinking it would be, but, It turned out to be exactly what it is, a tap house! It says it in the name! It is a place that you can try all different kinds of beer, they sell it in flights, so you can try many different types. They establishment was very clean and a very unique look about it. It is not a full-on full-blown restaurant with all different kinds of choices. But if you wanted to drink different types of beer and ale this is your kind of place. It does have some food but it is...

Amazing little hidden gem in my hometown! Plentiful beer variety to choose from. Delicious mouth watering appetizers and dinners. Not a large menu but what is available makes up for it in amazing taste. Highly recommend stopping in and relaxing either on the back porch area, belly up to the bar, or grab a table and relax. Also they have some small games and books for the youngsters to keep entertained.

Delicious "smashed" burger. I had the Cowboy Candy Burger and it was amazing. It came out within minutes of ordering and went well with the beer I had. I started off with a flight of beer that had 4 different beers for $10 and had a pint of the Black Lager after because I thought that was thr best one. I will definitely be back.
