I’m not one to write a bad review on a local small business, but I feel everyone reading this should know this terrible experience that we had here. We placed a rather large takeout order here tonight expecting the food to be good based off the reviews. When I went to pick our order up, the very first thing I noticed was how dirty this establishment was. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There were bugs and flies pretty much everywhere in there. Upon arriving home with our food, my wife took a bite out of her calzone which was supposed to be an eggplant calzone and it ended up being a chicken parm calzone. My wife is a vegetarian so she was not going to eat this. No big deal, we phoned up this placed and told them that our order was wrong, and we just wanted them to make the eggplant calzone and that I would come pick it up. What I thought was going to be an easy fix to this simple mistake ended up being a complete fiasco. They asked me if we took a bite of the calzone and we said yes we did. That’s how we discovered that it was incorrect. Then they proceeded to say that if we wanted a replacement calzone that we would need to pay for it since they couldn’t take the wrong one back because there was a bite out of it! I cannot believe that a restaurant would actually want food back from a customer that was incorrect unless they planned on re selling it or something. After going back and forth on the phone, and listening to the mindless person on the telephone make a big stink about a calzone, I finally told them to forget about it. I will NEVER do business with this shady pizza place again. In the end, the simple $15 eggplant parm calzone will cost them thousands in the long run. I highly recommend that if you plan on eating here or doing any sort of business here, to think again. If they wanted to take back food from me, I’m positive they are doing this on a routine basis. Stay far away from this dirty establishment and go somewhere else. You will be glad you did....
Read moreI've been ordering from this place for at LEAST 13 years. This place has never let me down, ever. I've seen some other reviews on here, and it seems like they've had unfortunate luck, and rushed to Google or any review site they could find just to complain.
However, I've been going there for quite a long time and I've NEVER had a major issue with this place, ever. The only minor issue I've received from this place, is that they accidentally delivered a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi to me instead of regular Pepsi. I called back and asked them to correct the issue, and they apologized greatly. They promptly had the driver deliver it to me in under 5 minutes, and let me keep the Diet Pepsi for no charge!
Every time you walk in to pick up food here, they're always friendly. The owner Joe always recognizes and remembers me, and ask's me how I'm doing, and how my family is doing.
If I order any food while inside, it takes no more than 5 to 10 minutes depending on the order. The food, whether it be ordered in or delivered, is ALWAYS hot.
Sometimes if an order takes too long, or if they're feeling cheerful, or in the one rare instance they mess something up and you NICELY inform them about it, they will sometimes offer me a free small drink.
I've never once had them argue with me about anything. Never had a complaint about their food. Their service is always prompt, and the food always fresh.
It seems like the people that have been complaining has the worst luck in the world, and instantly complains about it on a review site, either have the worst luck in the world... Or I just happen to have the most amazing luck ordering from them for over 15 years.
I 100% recommend this place for when you're hungry for some cheap pizza and subs!

Although the issue is resolved, I want to post this review to let people know how heartless and inconsiderate this place is. I live in rhode island and I often order from my local "bills pizza". After placing my $50 order for my family, my brother offered to pick it up since I had the kids. Come to find out, when I typed bills pizza I had clicked the first spot that came up on Google. Well, as an honest mistake (im human) I had ordered from this location in NORTH EASTON. I called this place immediately and explained to the women what had happened. She replied that it was no issue, I can just donate the food to the police station. I said okay thats great ill donate the food and get a refund. She said, oh no, I can't give you a refund. I explained i live 45 minutes away, and I cannot pick up the food, it was an honest mistake i ordered from the wrong location.. I would like the charge reversed. she explained theyre a small business and because the food was made and its covid they can't refund me, That ut was my fault for ordering from the wrong location, and if I dont get there by the time they close they will leave the food outside. I said I live 45 minutes away I cannot pick up this food, I will have to dispute it with my bank she replied with "thats okay you can do that I will tell the bank you waited to call until the food was ready and they will decline the dispute". My brother saw how visibly distraught I was and insisted to drive almost 2 hours round-trip to get the food. Otherwise, I would have happily disputed it with my bank which would have had no issues giving me a refund.
