Great beer options for great prices in a neat spot, especially if the weather is nice. It's neat to be able to go somewhere that has all of the Weyerbacher signature beers at once (and especially their one-off or experimental stuff).

The new(?) arrangement with Marquee Kitchen as a predictable food truck is a great addition, too. Even though they have a limited number of items each day, there's variety, and the next time you go, they'll have something else. Because of their variety, it's not like when the taco truck was there and you weren't wanting tacos. (Coincidentally, Marquee Kitchen did have tacos as an option on Saturday night 6/4/2022, and they were excellent.)

Not-so-great: when there's live music, the inside becomes uncomfortably loud. There's a response to another review saying they're working on sound-deadening material (and I don't envy anyone who needs to make a warehouse space "less boomy"), which is great, but for now, if the weather forces you inside, and there's live music, you'll be yelling to hear each other across the table, unfortunately.

They also allow smoking in the outdoor area, which is unfortunate. For those who smoke, this is good news, as options are more and more limited, but for those who don't and don't want to be in someone's cigarette or vape smoke, they rely on "people being good about it"... Good luck. I suppose it comes down to whether the owners know if they make more money from allowing smoking where people are hanging out and eating outside than losing revenue due to people leaving early or going to many other options in Easton due to second-hand smoke nonsense... in 2022. I'll say my group has left early due to a smoker planting themselves near my outdoor table and it wafting over the entire time we were eating, so that's lost revenue and smaller tabs to tip against as an immediate example.

Also, when they're slow, like most places, the bartenders get really busy talking to each other, so if you're inside, make sure you seat yourself within their eyelines where they're hanging out so they can easily see when you...

Its been a while since I gave a one star in a truly long time, on this instanceon the 4th of July no less my brother in-laws and I experienced the most blatant and basic form of racism. Once my visiting brother in-law began to speak in spanish which is his dominant language it started. The bartender who appeared to be a well season racist around 70 yrs old started to ignore us and try little to actually do his job and tend to us a short time later a patron enters with what appears to be his wife or lady friend and over hears the conversation between my brother in-laws and I and he conveniently started talking in spanish in a mockingly kind of way to the bartender walked away from my party and only stood inside long enough to say gracias to the non speaking white man who greeted the action with a snarky look and a quick cut and roll of his eyes before noticing me paying close attention to his reaction to the remarkable imbeciles comment and tensing up while the patron seemed almost proud of his idiotic actions. It was almost like seeing a pair of vintage bell bottoms on sale at Macy's or Lord and Taylors , like ohh wow they still make you. It truly was a sad and eye opening experience. Although I did get a sense of satisfaction from staring a the patron until he walked out with his head down like the coward that he is never to look at us again. The drinks were good the...

I feel that I should start off every review of a brewery with a disclaimer: I am not a beer drinker. I am a beer sniffer.

Since going gluten free (Celiac) several years ago, I have had to limit my alcohol consumption to the hard stuff. Absolutely not complaining...I love the liquor. However, I sure am jealous of Steve who gets to drink so many wonderful and creative craft beers while I sniff, then watch.

Sooooo......

My reviews are based on HIS taste buds, beerwise, and MY feel for the place and anything they have to offer ME, a non beer drinker.

Weyerbacher has a BIG space and filled it up this past Friday night (February 23, 2018) with a wonderfully entertaining trio of musicians. A vendor offered bison hot dogs that smelled yummy. A well lighted area, clean and open with a great staff and fun patrons. I really liked it.

Steve sampled the Berry Monk but decide to stick with his favorite for a growler fill: Merry Monks 9.3% ABV Belgian Style Tripel. He also could not turn down the 750 ml bottle of Riserva 10% ABV, American Wild Ale fermented on red raspberries. He is familiar with Weyerbacher beer but this is our first visit to the brewery.

If we were not driving another four hours home to CT, he would have stayed and...

I like this place however came for the super barrel weekend and there were pluses and negatives. We have been before however today we came for this special event. It was $45 for a VIP EXPERIENCE and $10 for the DD. It did include sandwiches, chips, canned sodas and bottled water and cookies for all who attended. The cop experience included a small logo glass and 4 4oz pours of 8 barrel aged beers. We also had a small tour which was nice however with the music bingo so long I was extra hard to hear on the tour. For my husband this was special to buy and try some items. I enjoyed coming and the tour however it didn’t feel very special and today there was no food truck so the food included was even more important! It was nice just could have been better!

Great high end, top quality beer by brew masters who think big and take chances. Many of the potent beers here are modeled after Belgian and other European beers, not the typical American lagers. The spacious taproom here has been enlarged and upgraded. Dogs are allowed inside. There is a chill vibe here and there were a number of young families here with their small children. I had the Small Batch #9 Double Black IPA IPA - Imperial, which was like the darkest IPA I had ever seen, thick like a NE IPA. Then I had the boozy Sunday Morning Stout Stout - Imperial that is aged in Bourbon casks! Wow, it has a kick. The staff here is always great and it is easy on/off Interstate 78.
