Service is fast with easy to read & select menu boards, also drive thru makes it a great place for a quick meal or ice cream treat. Calorie counts are noted on the menu boards which is a huge plus for making decisions. Bring your pup alone to the drive thru & they’ll give free pup cups…small cups filled with vanilla ice cream all pups LOVE!

There was a time when some stores weighed the cones to make sure you were getting your full serving because it is up to the servers to run the ice cream dispenser machines. At this there has been some irregularity to ice cream cone size. Medium occasionally resembles small or large resembles medium but that is the only negative I can write about this DQ!

My order was not correct. I ordered a blizzard with extra Coco fudge. My sister order a blizzard with the regular amount of fudge. My blizzard came to me almost white. I let them know that I ordered extra fudge and showed them how white mine was. They said that their chocolate ice cream machine was down for the night. That doesn’t matter because I know the blizzard I ordered is made with vanilla ice cream and coco fudge to make it chocolate. I asked if I could just pay for some more fudge to add it in myself (which I did pay for) and they gave me chocolate syrup instead. There is a difference in the taste. I went one evening with my husband, we got a 3 piece chicken tender meal and a flamethrower burger. The drivethru attendant gave us a box of about 9 chicken tenders (with no fries or toast), and 2 containers of Barbecue when I had asked for ranch. Our burger was fine, but we still didn't get any of our sides, and one of our drinks were forgotten about as well. We pulled forward to park and go inside, but the lobby was closed. The manager, Ryan, was such a sweetheart about us not getting what we had asked for and got us our sides and drink. They were the only person to even ask if we needed anything while we were standing between the "don't cross" rope and the gas station. I really appreciated the help and professionalism...
