Wah Hong Chop Suey — Restaurant in Eastpointe

We have always loved Wah Hong. Tonight we ordered Pepper Steak & a quart of Won Ton Soup. We ordered take-out and the food was hot & delicious. We have plenty of Asian Restaurants near our house but none compare to this one. We drive a little further but it’s worth the drive. Excellent food at an excellent price. The spike haired lady has always been nice to us. She seems a little testy at first, but she’s never been rude to us, ever. Though I’ve seen people acting rude toward her on several occasions & I’m not sure I’d handle it as nicely if I were her.

Please, Please check your order before you leave for a combination dinner order. I ordered a broccoli and chicken combination dinner. My dinner combination ordered of Broccoli and Chicken dinner was a disaster. My broccoli and chicken combination dinner was only eight small pieces of chicken and 10 individual small pieces of broccoli. When I called to speak to the manager about the broccoli and chicken dinner combination order that costed $8:45. the manager said. the broccoli and chicken dinner has small pieces in the dinner and he will not change the order. I told him if I wanted to pay $8.45 for mostly rice. I will buy a bag of rice and have enough money left over to buy chicken. It is not worth the price to have mostly rice and little broccoli...

I called to place an order and the lady on the phone was being very rude when I was asking questions such as what is different between a certain dish from another. Because I’m not going to waste my money on something that isn’t good and I don’t know what I even ordered. And I couldn’t understand what she was saying then eventually got angry and said to come in and order when I was ordering from work to have it delivered. Then she just hung up. Very rude and horrible customer service. Definitely not worth ordering from. If they can be rude like that with no problem, only God knows what they even do with ur food to get you to order quick...
