Subway — Restaurant in Eastvale

DONT EAT HERE! The customer service is usually poor but today the girl was extremely rude. She told me and my girlfriend should go for a run in the morning after eating these sandwhiches and signaled with her hands that we were big. I am calling corporate later in the day to make sure this is addressed. Extremely unprofessional and made me and my girlfriend uncomfortable. We are from the Amazon up the street and me and my co-workers go here a lot after work because it is 24 hours and we work the over night shift. But me and my girlfriend won’t go here any more and I’ll be sure to spread the word to my co workers very unprofessional and rude. And my bread for my sandwhich was burnt and still served to me. Believe I included who served me. It was an Indian girl. Very rude doesn’t deserve her job. Making small talk with the customers doesn’t include telling them there big and to go for a run because they got foot-longs. And for the record me and my girlfriend aren’t big were fit thick but she prefers...

I've been to many Subway locations but never have I experienced rude, abhorrent and downright unprofessional service. The male attendant when asked what type of bread was available stated what you see. Then he had the audacity to attempt to argue with me over the types of meat and that it would cost extra, any prudent person would know this. Then he attempted to argue with me over a simple question of what type of American Cheese was available, yellow or white. Another female coworker even asked her coworker to stop being rude and he laughed and stated well why ask stupid questions. I don't believe this person should be interacting with customers. I took my patronage elsewhere. I don't need to be mistreated particularly when the sandwiches are made to order not what the attendant wants...will never shop here again and I will inform friends and family to avoid this place....very unprofessional behavior on the...

1st time- I placed an order online by the time I arrived they were still working in my order.. wasted time of my lunch waiting on an order they should of been ready by the time of my arrival, my order was wrong and missing cheese. 2nd time- went in on my lunch time to grab a broccoli cheddar soup (work down the street not even 2 min travel time) by the time I got to work and try to eat my soup it was COLD. This facility needs to step up their game they are working in an area full of warehouse and truck drivers stop here too,really disappointing to have a subway so close to work and they make you not even want to buy anything ...
