I had today's special, Birria Tacos. A double corn shell with cheese between them, then fried again so the outside shell is crispier than usual (but still softened from frying). The translucent onions (on the side, scooped on with provided spoon) were delicious, and the slice of lime for each taco added the perfect amount of tang. The consome dip was juicy hot... my nose is running now, but it was not so spicy that it made me break out in a sweat. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

Try also the taco special. 3 double-tortilla tacos with your choice of meats and toppings (I typically get the Cillantro and translucent onions). Served with generous sides of rice and refried beans with white cheese sprinkled on the beans, a slice of lime, and a pepper. I usually eat each taco on the inner tortilla, then fill the leftover tortilla with rice & bean mix. Also very happy dining in is again an option! They're still open only until 8pm, though.

I've ordered to go from here a couple of times. The food is excellent. My granddaughter and I were in town to go to the post office and to the city hall to see Charlie 😻 🐈‍⬛️ . As we crossed the street, she wanted to go in. I told her you wouldn't eat anything in there (she's 7). I said, "I would, but you don't eat Mexican food." She says, "Let's go look at a menu." Thankfully, there are pictures. She agreed she wouldn't eat anything. She had her eye on a jello desert, so I bought her one. She decided to sit there and eat some and then wanted a lemonade. We really enjoy dining here regularly. The tacos are amazing and love the beans and rice. We recently had our wedding reception and had them cater with tacos, beans, and rice. It was very tasty, the service was amazing. And they were able to accommodate the fact that we wanted to use a small farm to supply the vegetables. There was plenty of food for the people that came and we even had some extras leftover for meals through the week. I 100% recommend them to cater your next event.
