I heard from a friend that heard from a friend about Bella's Creamery. I have to say - this place is a HIDDEN GEM. Literally - if you didn't know it was back there you wouldn't stop... but you should. I was going to get my normal soft serve dipped in chocolate but the girl working recommended I chose from the list (attached). I followed through and yeah - it's delicious. First - FIND the place. I had a hard time finding it on Google! (near Reed's Salvage and behind a rental hall). Second - I don't think they have indoor seating... at least not that I noticed. That's OK as there is a lot of outdoor tables and chairs and they have PLENTY of parking. My only hope is to go back before everyone knows they are there so we can just walk up and get ice cream. Lastly - I am not sure but I think they have samplers. If you get samplers PLEASE tip the staff - they work hard! Edit 2023! They moved some of the service area inside. Generous scoops and friendly staff. I also included new menu photos.

This is hands down my favorite ice cream shop in Ohio!! They have the best of everything, but my favorite is the vanilla bean (which has incredible flavor) and the banana cream. I always get the sampler, which allows you to choose four scoops of different flavors. I highly recommend Bellas!! Its not expensive at all and you get good quality ice cream. Do yourself a favor and order the banana cream- you won't be disappointed!

The best. A little hidden gem, on Rt 82, just west of Rt. 83. Behind Annika's Event Center. Tables on cute patio. So many flavors.

while this place is gorgeous and has great, hand-crafted ice cream, hygiene does not seem to be very important here!

as someone who works in food service, i understand that gloves do not need to be worn if constant handwashing is in place but that does not seem to be the case here! however, for ready to eat food, wearing gloves is pretty standard!

in the display cases, there were a few flavors mixed with others but that's the least of my worries. its one thing that the employees serving the ice cream were grabbing cones with ungloved hands, and another that i saw an employees finger accidentally in the ice cream in that cone! employee pulling their pants up and going straight back to serving.

i ended up with an upset stomach after this (i am not lactose intolerant) and im unsure if this is why, but im concerned about this lack of hygiene either way! i loved the flavor i had and everyone was very kind and helpful. to be fair, i visited a month ago so maybe things have changed? either way, i want to voice...

Total hidden gem in Grafton. Stopped here with my family and was such a quaint little spot. Staff was wonderful and told us all about the wonderful selection of ice creams. They also gave our puppy a doggie ice cream. Tried Blueberry Cobbler ice cream. It had fresh blueberries from their farm....so tasty! Also tried German Chocolate Cake, Turtle, and an Oreo milkshake. Family all had great feedback. Plenty of tables with umbrellas to sit at. Very clean environment. Will...
