I’ll never spend another dime there and I live half a block away. The “owner” or whoever that man is has the WORST customer service skills I’ve ever seen. I received buffalo wings that were rock hard on all the edges. Like beef jerky on the outside (inside was fine but who wants to pick all the hard parts off just to eat wings?) and instead of apologizing for it he told me “well you can’t order wings here anymore because another set will be the same way” slammed the platter in the trash and gave me a refund. This was after he snatched a wing out of the platter and said OVERCOOKED?!? Where?” Like he couldn’t feel how hard the outside was. One of those wings I could have wrote my name out front like it was a piece of sidewalk chalk! Even covered in Buffalo sauce, the corners were dry smh. No sorry. No offer of something else. Just an attitude like I’m the one who overcooked the wings. Never again. That is NOT how you handle a situation like that. As a manager in my profession, he would have been fired on the spot for treating a loyal customer that way. Been supporting that place since I moved here 7 years ago and that’s the thanks I got. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap on spinach tortilla. My receipt says spinach tortilla yet I was given a plain tortilla. I called to explain the issue and was told “we ran out of spinach tortillas so we just have you a regular one”. So I asked, couldn’t you have called to make me aware of that and give me the opportunity to choose what I want? No response. So I asked, how are you going to compensate me, because this is not what I ordered. The girl told me I could send it back and we will refund you. I told her that I would not be walking back to that establishment to return that food. She said they’d have the driver come pick it up. Poor customer service. I very rarely order here even though I live 3 blocks away. The customer service and quality of the food is subpar. They have assured that I never order here again....

We have been ordering for a bit from here with no complaints. Unfortunately after last night, we most likely will be going elsewhere. Our pizza arrived almost 1 1/2 hours after ordering. My husband had ordered and told me it was $22. When I answered the delivery guy informed me that it was $32. I even asked him to repeat the price and he again told me it was $32. There was no receipt on the pizza at all. I should have argued about the cost but it was 8:30pm and we still hadn’t had dinner. When I went inside I told my husband the cost and he confirmed the delivery had lied and gave himself a nice tip. We tried to call the shop and of course they were closed because at this point it was delivered after their hours of service. Our cold pizza was definitely not worth...
